Store is an average size but they are really lacking in a lot of departments. Shoes are very slim pickings as are purses. Decent selection of dresses and store does seem to be kept up with good. Staff is nice, however, on two occasions in the last week there was only one cashier in the evening which wasn’t enough when I was there. Also, Ross should really invest in an easier way to get those alarm tags off of the items, it doesn’t look easy and when you combine that with the fact that just about every item has one, it makes the check out process very slow.

A decent Ross. Much of the store is stocked. Came early so items were in order.People complaining of items on floor, but what these customers don't understand is the whirlwind of the weekend crowd are the culprits not putting things back in its place...... making it hard on Ross employees to keep up.One thing that caught my eye is finding a "machete" on sale here a Ross.....now that's a first for me.

This store has some cool stuff and cheap but that store was in a real big mess. Clothes all over the floors and items on their shelves are in total chaos. I do believe it was all organized at one time but now idk what happened looked like a tornado hit it. Just saying.

When you shop Ross, you know you aren't going to get the most luxurious shopping experience. However, this Ross pleasantly surprised me with its organization and tidiness as well as merchandise to choose from. We found exactly what we were looking for. Lacoste bath towels for $12 each; they're like $40 each online. Unfortunately, we had to wait in a long line to check out - a hallmark of the Ross experience. There were about 6 people in front of us and only one cashier. The cashier was very kind and efficient with her job. If this Ross was fully staffed, it would be awesome! We look forward to returning and hope a few more employees are hired.

The store was in shambles. Clothes laying all over the floor. Probably due to lack of employees, but very off-putting. The cashier we had was friendly and apologized for our wait to be checked out.

How is it possible that there is no bathroom service, so I have to be careful to enter before going to the store or run to another place because where I am shopping they do not give me this service

Stock quantity and variability depends on time and season. So you can't judge the store from one visit even if it looks messy and not tidy. The very nice thing is the reasonable prices and deals in this store. But again you need to go multiple times to score good deals.

The black lady with glasses working the register is the rudest person I've ever met. I get not wanting to be at work , but she just doesn't care at all. I bought several things mostly clothing, also bought a bottle of cologne, which she literally dropped in the bag from like three feet above the bag. It broke and cologne went all over all the clothes I bought, she refused to exchange them even though I checked the bag in front of her at the counter right after she handed it to me. She just said that's your problem and started ring up the next person. So that was a waste of $80.

This is an average Ross. The available products are hit-or-miss, but the staff is relatively polite and the store is kept pretty clean.

This store was very sloppy, things were laying all over the floor i the walkway, there’s no way it’s ADA compliant that way and the employees are generally rude.Dressing rooms are still closed. There’s a sign in the back of the store directing people to something that looks like a gray port a John in the front of the store and that one was locked too. It’s right beside the service desk. I asked the service desk employee if she could make a dressing room available since myself and several others were waiting to try on clothes and she pretty much declined to do it or have someone else do it and said “not right now I’m busy”Sorry but I don’t do business with shops that are still acting like we are in pandemic and closing dressing rooms— if I can’t try it on I won’t spend a dime! Time to open up and make people do their jobs!

WAS MY FIRST TIME IN THE STORE! WAS WITH MY DAUGHTER.THE STORE WAS NASTY , BARELY ANYTHING IN THE STORE WORTH BUYING. WAS LOOKING FOR JEAN SHORTS FOR MY SON. WASN'T IMPRESSED WITH YOUR STORE AT ALL. My wife likes to shop here. Brought a pair of jeans back in we bought 2 weeks ago. Paid $18 told me without a receipt they can only give me $2. Told me they could not look up my receipt using my credit card I paid with. It is the year 2022. Yes you can but you choose not to.

The selection here is definitely hit or miss, and since the pandemic started I've noticed there's an even smaller selection of items in some of the departments. Some associates are friendlier than others. If you're in the area and have time to kill, stopping by once in awhile may find you some good deals.

My wife loves to shop at Ross they have very good products name brand for less money than what you would pay normally. I've even bought a few things in there myself and I really like the way they've got the store light out and the products that they have in there that are in great shape great job guys.

Big, clean, well-stocked and well-organized store. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Lots of stuff here, including clothes, toys, home goods, pet accessories, bedding, and more. Lots of room to maneuver around and browse. The prices are just okay. There are some bargains if you look hard enough, however.

My favorite store these days. I love it all and could look around for hours! Always something for everyone! I buy most of my son's clothes here because I can get the name brands he loves for a much cheaper price than the mall. I would much rather shop here then go in the mall across the parking lot. I buy most of my clothing here as well. I can still be in style without breaking the bank, sometimes I wish there were more choices for us Mom's in between though. Lots of cute teen/college clothes and lots of Grandma clothes but what about us Mommy's in our 30's that still wanna be cute and sexy but in a little more conservative/ longer length way... sometimes I can find great things that match this description but sometimes it's a miss.

I really enjoy shopping at Ross. They always have what you are looking for....and guess what.... You not going to sell your soul for it. Or will have 1price on it pay no attention that's what you'd pay elsewhere there is another price and it's about 50 60 dollars less. Now that's what I'm talking about and yes it's still in season!!!
