I had my cocker spaniel groomed yesterday and I think it’s the best he has ever looked!! The young lady who groomed him ( I’m sorry I can’t remember her name) was so kind and attentive! She did an excellent job! My only complaint is the cost. Because of the high cost we won’t be able to come back very often.

I took Daisy for her first ever grooming experience and Rikki was amazing. She answered any questions I had without making me feel dumb. She was able to do the bath and add ons that I requested in a reasonable amount of time. At pick up she constantly talked about how great Daisy was, with this being Daisy first time groomed Rikki must have made her feel right at home to have done as good as I was told. We will definitely be going back regularly 🙂

I can not say enough positive things about Rikki! She and the grooming staff groom my goldendoodle every time she needs a cut. And for a great price! Rikki truly does a "paw"fect job each time. She remembers my pup and keeps detailed notes about each grooming. I feel comfortable leaving my anxious pup with her and know that she will look exactly how I want!

We are new pet owners so I had a lot of questions. Rikki answered honestly and respectfully. She was very informing on what to do with Riley, our Yorkshire Terrier. She was very patient with him, as he is a very anxious dog and has not been around very many people. You can tell she loves animals and enjoys her job. Thank you!

Rikki was so amazing! She was happy Charleigh was there and loved on her from the minute we walked in. I felt confident that she took care of my pup during her bath and nail services and when she came home she was shiny and silky! She smelled so good!

Petco's services are extremely professional and they take great care of our Sheepadoodle. Rikki takes time to understand our expectations each time we visit Petco. She communicates throughout the visit and makes drop off and pick-up a breeze. I refer all my friends to her, especially those with a doodle! Her personality is fabulous and she makes every fur baby feel right at home. Rikki is like family to us! We appreciate Petco Grooming and their wonderful team!

Rikki is an amazing groomer. She listens closely to what you want, and she treats my little fur baby with so much love. Laci is a fairly new groom for Rikki, but she is making sure each visit is more enjoyable than the last.

I only get my dog's nails cut and buffed. The groomers are always gentle, friendly, and doesn't take long. The online booking feature is nice but doesn't have an option for just nails no bath which is understandable since it takes 5 minutes. Much better than Petsmart in Christiansburg because the groomers actually-cut-the-nails. You get exactly what you pay for.

I have always used Petco for grooming and I have always left happy. This time not so much. I took him and told them how he had fleas and how I'd like for them to treat him as well as shave him. When I picked him up and had him in the car I saw nothing but fleas all over his chest and belly. Some were dead and some were alive. His hair cut was awful. When I took him back in Ricki (who we love and will be asking for personally now) had to finish trimming his hair and brushed out most of the fleas. They trimmed several of his nails so short they were bleeding. And shaved him so close on one of his legs that it cut him. My complaint is that I spent over $100 at petco yesterday and now I still have to treat him at home myself and his haircut looks awful and he was cut several times. We usually love Petco and I will go back but I will only be using Ricki from now on.

They're very kind to my dog Zeus they know Zeus by his first name they're more than happy to take him in and they tell me about his time getting his bath whether they had to fuss at him and he would duck his head and wine because they were fussing at him because he went and sat still or he was misbehaving because he's trying them and he tries me all the time because he's a teenager but overall they understand. And Sarah does a great job with him.

My dog is very nervous and she usually is very scared. She didnt seem upset at all when I picked her up and the groomer did an amazing job. She looked and smelled wonder.

I was able to get an appointment with in 24 hours and the crew that do the baths etc... are great with my dog. When I took him in he couldn't wait to get back to the bathing room.
