Installer was professional. Informed of what was happening when and delivered on promised outcome. One screen out of 12 was damaged (small hole). Installer assured me a new screen was on order an they would replace when it arrived.

We bought a Simpson wood and glass entry door with sidelight and Emtek hardware. They tried to talk us out of a wood door saying we should get a cheap fiberglass one instead. Oh really? That should have clued us in right then and there...but we stuck with them anyway. When it finally got installed after COVID delays, we came home to find that the gobs of factory sealant all around the glass had been left!?! In addition, the hardware they installed was a freebie. It turns out they forgot to order the special hardware we had approved months earlier. They also used an ugly aluminum surround which we promptly ripped out to make our own wood surround to match the rest. In doing so we discovered they used random scrap lumber from demolition jobs to fill in the gaps around the casing, with no caulking or sealing whatsoever. We were not offered alternate choices for the surround even though it would have been logical to have wood from the start. We had them come back out again to remove the sealant and install the correct hardware, but they ordered the wrong backset so they had to come out a third time to get it right. A couple months later the door would randomly swing open if left unlocked because the strike plate had been installed too high to account for door settling. How do they not know to expect that? I fixed it myself, but it might happen again. Since it's off 1/8 inch, there's no way to do it permanently without leaving an unsightly gap in the jamb. We were left to our own devices to get the door stained but that worked out well (through Sherwin-Williams). In the end we are happy with the result thanks to our insistence and effort. They might be fine for doing installs in rental units, but this was not the service we expected for an entry door that cost thousands of dollars.UPDATE: The lock broke, they promptly ordered new parts, came out and fixed it, and fixed the sagging door issue, free of charge. Everything works great now so I upped rating to 4 stars!

Had the windows ordered in July, they installed in August. They did 27 windows over the course of 3 half days. My mother-in-law was in town and could not stop gushing about how great the installers were and how wonderful the windows look. Thank you

Natl Window & Door did a superb job replacing a window in door I had installed in 2010. I wasn't able to locate the receipt for the door and they were able to locate proof of purchase otherwise the window wouldn't have been provided by the manufacturer. thank you guys-
