I have mixed feelings on Earth Fare in general. Yesterday evening I came in looking for something in their prepared food section, which was poorly stocked. This is often the case, and if I ask someone behind the counter there's generally more in the fridge they're happy to get for me. Yesterday, however, there was no employee back there. I went to the customer service desk and asked if it was possible someone could help me in the bakery and was told no. Completely baffling; I've never had a store employee refuse to help me with something before.

I love this place! It has all of my needs. My absolute favorite is the hot bar section OMG! Fresh, healthy, delicious food daily and at a reasonable price. Can’t beat it .

Coming from a Whole Foods/Trader Joe's fan girl, I'm so thankful that we have Earth Fare in our community! Would love to see a more robust produce section but the meat/seafood includes a lot of grass fed, organic and wild caught options which is awesome! Delicious hot bar/salad bar and ready to go meal options that you can feel better about. Wine is a bit pricier than other grocery stores in the area. Overall a great experience.

I love shopping here! They have a great selection, great prices and great sales!! I'm so glad they put a location out here! It is so convenient! And the check out ladies are amazing to sit and chat with!

Terrible experience just trying to purchase from their advertised burger and dogs cookout. Arrived more than 30 minutes before the closing time and the 2 men working the stand were extremely rude. Actually, I should have paid more attention to how they were doing everything they could to drive us away from the onset. But, alas, I really wanted a burger and had been eyeing the ads for their Sunday cookout for months. We were shown the sad dish of 3 precooked burgers and 2 dogs left keeping warm in a pan of water, and even with their discouraging remarks we persisted in following instructions to pay inside and come back out to self serve. Then as we were fixing our plates, when we pointed out that there was only one hot dog bun left, they both told us tough luck, but we insisted on the bun we had paid for. They begrudgingly delivered a new pack of buns. Then, we found that there was only a teaspoon or less of ketchup in their container and asked for more. Again told too bad, make do with this for 2 burgers and 2 dogs. Upon requesting a refund (because no ketchup? Really? For burgers?), we were told that the manager would just tell them it was a waste of ketchup to open a new bottle and we already purchased the food, so too bad. After insisting this was ridiculous, they somehow managed to come up with the goods, but not without being as rude as they possibly could toward us. I actually started to feel bad for the guys. There was talk among the other employees about going out to get their burgers before they all sold out, and now I wonder if the (very strong) dissuasion involved these guys wanting those last 3 burgers and we just ruined that for them. Anyway, it will be a long time before I darken the door of Earth Fare again. Too bad, since I did like some of their brands and enjoyed chatting with Marsha as she was ringing up. This extremely rude duo was just too much for us.
