I was without one of my heart medications for 5 days due to the pharmacist being out. There needs to be an interim pharmacist to come in for situations like this so that customers are able to get the medications they so desperately need. I have lost all trust in CVS to manage my medication needs and will be transferring to a different pharmacy.

Came here to get a script filled. They wouldn't fill it bc it's from out of state!! Being a scheduled drug, they refused. They can fill it, they simply refused to. I even use CVS in our home state! (But they'd fill anything not a scheduled drug for me, even being an out of state script?!?!) Sounds like and feels EXTREMELY judged! Other local pharmacies have NO problem filling it for me, theyre just out of the med!

Overall CVS is going down. Their people are not cattle. Corporate needs to visit stores and accept reality. I don’t have a dog in this fight so don’t think I am just a disgruntled customer. When I come in and I see a new pharmacist cause the others have moved to greener pastures then I have to think this is not a worker issue- this is 100% a management issue. Big pharma is making enough. Quit screwing your real workers.

This pharmacy is terrible, as all of the other CVS pharmacies I've been to. The staff is rude and unhelpful. When I went in for my flu medication, the technician was condescending asking if I could afford it. Then proceeded to speak to the woman in line behind me who was obviously a friend. Fast forward to yesterday when I was picking up my child's albuterol for his breathing treatment, I asked for a recommendation for a store to purchase new tubing since they did not have it. The technician was helpful but did not know so checked with the pharmacist, who was rude and did not any help aside from a shoulder shrug and was very sarcastic. I'm taking my business to Walgreen's.

Ruth at the local Christiansburg, VA pharmacy is the only reason I do business with CVS. She provides awesome customer service every time!

Despite being unfortunately short staffed these folks provided the answers I needed and were kind in helping me understand my options and not spending more than I had to. Please remember to be kind and patient with these folks as they’re just doing what they can despite truly needing three or more employees and lacking that.
