This Veteranian clinic is absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend this place to everyone! The staff are all so nice and extremely helpful! We were recommend to this place when our old clinic went out of business. So we were extremely worried about going here considering our little baby was getting very old and extremely sick. It ended up being a very sad situation because our little one passed away but this clinic helped us through the entire process with so much kindness during this emotional time! 😢 We would have spent all our money to save our baby but this vet isn't like that. They treat people and pets with understanding and kindness always and never recommend any treatment that will not help your pet to make extra money.They truly only care about the well-being of the animal and the owners! I would HIGHLY recommend this clinic to everyone who is looking for a great Veteranian! We absolutely love the Dr and all the staff! We have made this our Veteranian for all of of fur babies! ❤️

Super experience here, they were recommended by a friend that works at the vet school as having a good reputation, and they were not wrong.Our cat is pretty feisty, but as the Dr put it, he had enough "kitty minutes" to get his shot updated and they handled him very caring. Definitely recommend this clinic.

They are always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They aren't overpriced like other vets in our area. They seem to genuinely care for the animals and not the almighty dollar. I highly recommend All For Paws for quality pet care.

All For Paws has been amazing with our babies. I have 2 dogs and 3 cat, one of my dogs is blind and has bad knees they are so happy to see him and he loves them. Two vets there are amazing as well. I have a pitbull who is the most loving and caring dog but when she barks it scares alot of people including most vets. Dr. Butler and Dr. Dempsey are not scared of her and they will get in the floor with her and love all over her. She is 8 years old and i have takin her to alot of vet cause i didnt like the care she got because her bark and how big she is. We will for ever go to All For P aws with our babies.

Im very happy with this vet. They have Taken care of my Gary since he was a puppy. They also helped me get my little rescue Chihuahua Noodle. They were wonderful about me calling everyday to see if the rescue had contacted them. I felt like they were part of my team when I was adopting Noodle.They always have appointments if one of my pups is ill.I really appreciate their kind care.

I've gone to all for paws with my cat and dog.. I've done normal vet visits with both animals and boarding with my dog. Everytime I'm so happy with my experience and the cost!!The ladies that answer the phone are always so helpful and friendly and the vets are amazing... They don't mind if I ask questions, they don't make me feel stupid for asking or like I'm wasting their time.I always recommend them to my family!💜💜

All For Paws has been nothing but an amazing experience. I went there for a second opinion for a mass that was attached to my dogs spleen. Dr Jordan provided me with a diagnosis as well as treatment options, cost estimates and what to expect with each treatment plan. They truly make my dog and I feel like family every time we walk into the door.I decided for them to complete my dogs splenectomy, which was the best decision I could’ve made. They made the process as smooth and easy as possible. I have spoke with a couple doctors, practice manager, vet techs, and front desk associates and they ALL have been truly amazing. Everyone was on the same page regarding my dogs care and treated him as if he was their own. They truly saved my dogs life and I can’t thank each and everyone one of them enough. The prices are very reasonable for all of the different services they provide.The amount of care, respect, compassion and love is truly amazing. I absolutely recommend this place for your pet needs!

All for paws has always been the best place to go for my babies! Milo has been lucky to have Jorden and Her mom in his life! He loves the girls and the other staff! Dr. Jordan and her mom had saved Mojo since she was a stray and had gotten severely sick outside with weather change. They both are amazing 👏. First, I just want to start off by saying that this clinic truly saved my dog's life. After our dog swallowed pieces of a KONG ball, blocking access to her intestine, it was apparent that we needed an emergency surgery. Our regular clinic refused to operate without payment in full and could not give us answers on her condition. We decided to seek out All for Paws who took us in immediately and was more concerned with our dog's well-being than receiving any form of payment (which they were able to work with us afterwards). The clinic was so helpful, sending us updates during her surgery and after, while she stayed overnight. Dr. Butler and her staff were so accommodating, professional, and communicated above and beyond what was expected. This is the BEST clinic in the area and we highly recommend their services. If you're not a client of All for Paws, you should be!

All For Paws has provided outstanding veterinary services to our little girl Margot. We've been particularly impressed with the quality of care we receive even with their COVID-19 protocol. Any dog I've had in the past is always shaking and crying when we've visited other vets, but Margot is SO excited when we come here for her appointments. They make us feel valued and make our puppy feel special. Great prices as well. Highly recommend!

These guys are awesome! They saved our puppy, Quinn's, life. When she wasn't feeling well, they had us bring her in. They stayed late that evening diagnosing the problem, and then got her into surgery the next morning. Everyone we met in the office is very friendly and knowledgable. We are forever grateful!

I am a new pet owner. I have a kitty named Jellybean. I was recommended by a friend. Dr. Jordan saw Jellybean and did a great job. She is wonderful and great at informing pet parents about their babies. The staff are so kind and warm and I could tell that they treated Jellybean so well. It was her first time at the vet since I adopted her and she was so relaxed when they brought her back out to the car. They are also very fair with their pricing and it is very affordable! I am truly so impressed by All for Paws and will continue to bring Jellybean here.

We are so grateful to All For Paws for taking care of our sweet Gus. Gus had to have a TTA surgery which is extensive and they made us feel so comfortable about it. We were kept updated and we knew Gus was loved and cared for like he was their own. We trust these people with our beloved family member and we don’t say that lightly. The ENTIRE team, from the greetings and help at the front, to the hands behind the operation, we felt reassured, safe and knew our Gus was going to be stronger afterwards. We also got to work a lot with Becca 1 on 1 via email and she was absolutely wonderful, professional, and patient. We have so much gratitude to this team and will never forget what they have done for our Gus.

I hope you have cleared your day if you are going here for a routine visit.Every single time I have been to this clinic, I have to wait at the minimum 30 minutes. The vet care here isn’t exceptional—nothing outstanding in this area. The receptionists here also are not the most helpful or nicest. I do not recommend this vet clinic to anyone. I recommend Town & Country over this place—and I hate Town & Country.

Fantastic experience despite an absolutely devastating outcome. Our severely ill Rylee suddenly developed Evans Syndrome and every vet we saw here (and we saw multiple ones!) we’re so caring, understanding, and took their time to explain this horrendous diagnosis.While scheduling to have our beautiful girl put down, I changed my mind once and they still let me bring her in, discuss the pros and cons and never once made me feel judged or like I was doing the wrong thing. Ultimately, I took her back in the next day knowing this was it.They provided us with a private room and did everything they could to assure Rylee had a peaceful passing.Thank you for everything and I would highly recommend coming here for your animals

I cannot stress this enough. If you want loving, attentive vet care for your pets, this is where you need to take them. Dr. Butler is the absolute best. She's a great doctor and her heart is in providing the best care for your pets. They do not push unnecessary services, nor do they overcharge for the high quality service they provide. This is how vet care SHOULD be! I love these people!

Brought our cat Beboush in for some problems and were scared but the staff was incredibly helpful and personable and sent us home with everything we need to take good care of her - wanted to make a note that the woman at the front desk (I believe Missie was her name) was WONDERFUL and so helpful. :)

Im always hesitant when taking my pups to new places. This place was recommended to me and I absolutely loved them. My pups did as well. The staff is super friendly and the Vet took time with them. My little one hates the Vets office typically, but she felt right at home here. Ive been a few times now and can say 10/10 this is our new Vets office. Thanks yall for treating my fur babies like your own.

Dr. Jordan and the staff here did an amazing job helping us through a very tough time with our little Ruckus! They truly care about the animals and are also very considerate when it comes to added cost for treatments that are not likely to make a difference or that could be too much for the animal to handle. I brought my anxious and aggressive dog in for a visit. It didn't start out well but by the end of the visit she was friends with everyone. The staff was very kind and patient with her, and spent a great amount of time with me answering all my questions. Highly recommend!

Dr. Jordan was very thorough in our yearly exam. When I came back with wound on my dog's leg, she was very helpful. Dr. Jordan agreed that the other local vet did not need to prescribe antibiotics for treatment and gave me some tips on how to take care of my dog. Very impressed with their services!I recently came back for a problem with my dog's "ACL." Great advice and wisdom. The doctor is passionate about her field and is superb. So thankful for all of her advice and guidance!

Our cat shadow has been very sick the past month and we have been working with dr. Jordan who has done an amazing job with him. we are very appreciative of all the care he has gotten at this vet office. Dr butler has also seen shadow and done a wonderful job. The office staff have always been helpful and kind I have meet so many good people here I would recommend this vets office and have to others. This vet is really bad and will be very nice to you while they take your money and smile. They gave me my dog with bloody paw after blood test and I had to wipe the blood with paper towels , they just want your money but will be very nice.They gave me old antibiotics and they smelled like rotten eggs. I called them and they told me it fine . Expired antibiotic's make them money but they did very little for my dog . Please save yourself the trouble and go to a vet that cares for your pet and puts your pet first. Not money. If your pet needs real help go to Virginia Tech vet College on campus in Blacksburg .This was a bad experience and after trying what they suggested they told me to go some where else because they couldn’t help my dog.

I have been going back and forth on writing this review. I really wanted to like this place. It had amazing reviews both online and word of mouth. I had a senior cat with a chronic illness who also hated to be seen in the clinic and would have to be sedated to be seen. I ended up having to call and leave messages and getting call backs was difficult. I would be upset while sometimes waiting several days until I did end up talking to Dr. Butler and then when I got ahold of her she was so kind and compassionate that I would try and have more patience even though it was an ongoing issue. She often called after hours and I could tell she really cared about the animals she worked with. On the 16th I had to make the choice to let my baby go peacefully. It was an excruciating decision. I called the office a few days prior to let them know that was the decision being made, as I wanted to use an in home vet due to his discomfort with going in, and to let them know he would be being brought in for cremation. I also talked to office staff the day he was brought in. I didn't get any call from Dr. Butler and when I went to pick up his ashes yesterday I got a little bit of empathy from the receptionist but no card or anything else. This was extremely upsetting and disheartening for me. They worked with my baby for over a year and half and to not receive any kind of comfort when going through one of the toughest things in life, left me feeling very upset. I do believe they truly care about animals and I don't know if they are just too busy, too overwhelmed, or what but the customer care is really lacking. I will be finding a new place to take my other baby as he also is a senior cat with ongoing issues. I know times are hard for all and I try to have understanding and compassion but my animals are my life and I need to be able to have communication and empathy especially at the end of life.

I have 2 pets, a dog and a cat who both have been seen by the All for Paws vets, and I have to say, this is the best place I have ever taken my pets in the NRV. Both my dog and cat have had routine checkups, as well as an extensive surgery done. Dr. Jordan did a fantastic job on my dog’s gastropexy surgery, and Dr. Butler has worked extensively with my cat’s allergy issue and his dental surgery. They both are amazing vets who deserve to be recognized for their hard work and dedication! The All for Paws staff as a whole, from the receptionists, to the vet techs, have all been kind and welcoming. I feel comfortable leaving my pets, who I consider to be my children, with them and know they will get proper care for an incredibly fair price!

5 stars! Dr. Jordan did a teeth cleaning on my dog and was fabulous every step of the way. She even found part of a decayed tooth that was left by a vet, not at this facility, during a previous cleaning. She was very informative, and all the staff are welcoming and you can tell they care about your animal. Prices are very reasonable for the services performed.

Great first experience. We are new to the area. Finding new doctors and services is always stressful. All for Paws and as an amazing find. Both Becca and Dr Jordan were amazing to our three pups and our family. Even with COVID restrictions, everyone went above and beyond to to make us feel welcome. Dr Jordan was very attentive to both the need of our pets and our concerns. Looking forward to a long friendship with this team.

Love this place!! I have taken 3 of my own cats here and have always had a great experience. I have seen Dr. Butler and her daughter, both of which are extremely knowledgeable and kind. They make sure to lay out all of the treatment options for your pet and only recommend expensive options if they feel it is necessary. I would happily pay more for the quality of veterinary care I have received here but I am grateful I don't have to. I have tried other more expensive vets but Animal Hope Alliance is by far the best. Thank you!
