Had coupons for camel cigarettes and first the guy behind the counter acted like he didn't know if they took them or not and then he went in the other room and I heard him take a picture of my coupons and then when i told him what ones i wanted there was none on the shelf so he just said they were out. He didn't even go look in the back or anything so I just left and went someone else to spend my money.

Was a better place when the other guy was running it. The two that are in there now try and rip people off. Prices are ridiculous and refunds are rare. If your female the way you are looked at and how they talk to you will make you uncomfortable.

I have bought three disposable RECHARGABLE Elfbars in a row now and none of them will charge after the first blinker out. No refunds no replacements is the policy. Probably because they know they’re selling trash. Wouldn’t recommend buying disposable vapes from here if you want it to last the $25 they’re charging for them.

I am so sick of every time I buy something here they get it wrong this is the 4th time I've bought a carton of cigarettes from them and it's shorts and not 100's set aside the fact the don't and will not answer the phone's I may have not liked the previous owners but at least they answered the phone and never gave me the wrong merchandise. They need to get their act together I am very surprised they are even still open!!

The lady who owns it is the rudest I've saw in my life! Treated me like I was stupid bc I told her she charged me too much and she made me wait for 30mins before her daughter was nice enough too correct her mom's mistake. They just lost at least a couple thousand dollars yearly from my bad habit. I'll pay the few cents more they saved on cigarettes, too not get treated so poorly. And her husband just lost my business at his place as well bc he was there and saw how I was treated.

Love the prices of cigarettes here! This is the only place i go to buy my brand ciggarette! They do accept mobile coupons as well. And the staff is friendly. There is sometimes a line in the drive thru, but atleast they offer a drive thru! I usually just run in and grab my carton for the week. Love to see a small business like this flourish! Its hard in the small town of Chilhowie Area. They have went up on cigarette prices recently, but still are the cheapest in town.
