This is asinine. 3.99 on a cup that should be 1.00. Managers excuse, “That’s a Trademark on there, we need to make money too.” Nauseating to the enth degree. Change your name to Walmart and get over it. Will never come back again.

I'm so disappointed in the staff at this store!! My mother & I went today. The employees were rude wouldn't help at all!! We bought a kitchen table that was priced $29.99. And had a note on the table stating the 4 chairs we're included in the price. So we went to pay for it and the cashier said it was $35. And I explained it was priced a different price the cashier was very rude and said she didn't know the chairs we're included. I showed her the note but still I had to pay her price. Then I needed help getting it out & in the car. I had to ask the 3 guys 2 or 3 times to help.! Finally two of them carried a 2 chairs and left me to pack it in my car!! People ty that work with the public should get some people skills, respect & if they don't want to do there job! Then don't!! So disappointed!!

Great place to donate or shop if you are in need. Anyone who comes will meet a very nice staff. I'd recommend if you shop here, that you also decide to donate if possible to keep the good going

If you're trying to get a job there I wouldn't recommend it bc they gave me the runaround about background check and I never heard back from them after calling them for almost 2 weeks straight. It's an ok store but I wouldn't buy anything there

Can't say that I care for the new return policy..only good for clothing shoes and electronics..I'm not big on returning but sometimes you buy something all taped up then when you get it home it isn't all there or you find damage you didn't notice in store

Staff is VERY unfriendly and all stand around like they are all too good to be there. And good luck returning items within the 7 day return policy because they won't take them back and then make you feel bad about it in the process. There was no reason they should have made me feel the way I did or for me to be talked to the way I was. I will GLADLY drive 30 mins in the opposite direction and go to another goodwill from now on. I also had a bunch of things I was going to donate there but they aren't even deserving of that honestly. There needs to be a complete wipe out and start over at this location.

I love this Goodwill but something is different. I’ve noticed the staff are not as friendly as they were. They manager was speaking to them rudely. She even spoke hateful to an employee in front of us. Usually the staff are laughing and talking while working but today was very different.I would have given 5 stars before today!

Disrespectful employees and store will not refund your money if you bought items five days before. Employees will find your emotional upset funny and will laugh in your face. If I could I would give this place and employees no stars. Awful way to treat a costumer. Better places else where some prices of the second hand clothes are dresses $6.99, shirts $5.99, men and women's pants and shorts $5.99,and old shoes $4.99 and up. Some of it isn't worth anything won't be going back ever.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

The clerks are nice, especially Diana, who assisted me at the register. They have a lot of items, mainly clothing. Several items were stained and sun-faded or the hem was coming out--so check before you buy. They close at 6PM, way before other stores, so you better go early!

Iv got 2 separate opinions: it's got it's pro's and cons! They have been adding more of a variety of things into the store! I love to go there an look around but I have to have money in order to go bc there is always something I'd like to take wit me! The prices of some items is outrageous especially with the stuff being sold is from donations that the community has gave!

They seem to have recently remodeled the store. As with pretty much any Goodwill store, it's about 85% clothes and 15% other items. They have pretty good prices set on the items I have seen. As would be expected with used items, they aren't always spic and span. I don't mind for the price paid.; I can clean the items myself. I would recommend this store.

I have found some really unique antique pieces there. We love shopping at Good Will. My daughter found a $300 dollar coat that looked as if it had never been worn that was simply missing a button. I bought a pair of brand new Birkenstock sandals there. They also get unsold slightly damaged items from Target. They are higher in price then the previously owned items because they are new, but they are much less than the original Target prices.

There's a young man whom works there..he is so polite and on point with customers..he goes beyond his job..his name is Mike Stevens and y'all got a great asset added to your store he smiles and that means so much...y'all need more like him everywhere...he's a charm and I do not live there was passing threw about a week ago... he's a keeper for sure ...I don't know his pay ..what I do know is that he is worth every cent of it ..plus I recommend he get a raise ..God Bless All

Anthony makes the whole store come to life. He is very charismatic and you feel like you’ve made a friend when you leave. Today was my first visit and I’ll be coming back based on customer service alone. I hope he is compensated regularly for his attitude and hard work, he most definitely is an employee you want to keep around.

Was better when Julie was the manager. The new manager is snobby and I think she’s pulling stuff out before putting it on the floor. Needs looked into for sure. They used to have good stuff all the time and never do now.

Its goodwill.Always check them out to see what treasures I may find on my treasure hunt..Some prices are very reasonable. Some ridiculously priced when they receive for free. Some things you can buy new at name stores for cheaper..sad to say.Wish they would get the prices in check.Other than that..love stopping and looking and shopping at them..

Deffently not a big fan of this store because the shoes the put out to sale should be put in the trash! Wore out or the back or wore down! And some of the clothes have stan's also pocket book are also the same why with stan's and wore out deffently not a fan! For what you pay there for a shirt, Jeans, you might az well go to a name brand store and buy a new pair!! At least it wont have stains
