Difficult to find products quickly, crowded shelves, messy aisles. Staff members seem stressed out, unattentive, and rude. Also seems as though the register system never works properly. Plus, overall you will spend more on small items than expected at a "dollar" store. Waste of time.

The family dollar in chilhowie is a a mix of dollar tree and family dollar. It has a lot more stuff in it than one would expect. Friendly workers and can always find what I'm after

Great store to shop at but 90% of the time they have stock everywhere in the floor and it's hard to get around. Friendly staff!

They have just remodeled the entire store! Everything looks like the Family Dollar and Dollar Tree mixed together really great job it's awesome....!

I was at this location for a work project and the associates there are some of the nicest people. Reminds me of the Family Dollar that use to be in my neighborhood.
