Sent my Border Collie/Collie mix to get a full groom. Explained to the man at the front desk that I would like his hair a little shorter than you would normally cut this breed, as in the past I have had groomers barely do a trim, with their explanation being that this breed should not have short hair. I requested a little more of a trim and I said specifically NOT a buzz cut. Upon pickup I was shocked at my dogs haircut, but didn’t get a great look at it until we got home. A dog groomer should be educated on different dog breeds’ coat lengths. I later messaged them explaining my unsatisfactory response and their reply was completely unprofessional, saying this is what I asked for. See the before and after pics for proof.

This lady is phenomenal!! She knows what she is doing. Stephanie is friendly and very attentive. Great place to get your pet groomed. She's also a small business, and I would much rather support a small business versus a chain of businesses .

This was my first time having to take my dog to a groomer. They were great and did a great job. Amber took care of my girl cookie. She looked great!!

The first two pictures are of her fur before the cut and the second two are of after. We asked for a “trim” to help “even out” her puppy fur growing into adult fur. She is an Australian Shepherd with a double coat and I specifically mentioned that we didn’t want her under coat touched. They gave a CUT and it’s uneven. The only reason it’s a 2/5 and not a 0/5 is because they were nice. Don’t take your double coated breeds to this groomer for hair cuts. The bath/brush was good.

I took my puppy here for a haircut because I wanted to try somewhere other than Petsmart. Anyway when I took him in they told me his puppy fur was matted and he had to get all his fur cut low but would keep the schnauzer face. I felt a little weird about it, but agreed since they were the professionals. When I returned, I wanted to cry. My dog looked awful. The lady then went on to say he really wasnt matted, only around his paws were. If that was the case, why cut off all his fur? Never again! The picture with the red bandanna is after his cut.

I rarely leave reviews, but I had a great experience with Amber today! My pup looks better than she ever has. My dog is not easy to groom, and Amber was understanding and sweet. Very reasonably priced and accommodating. I'm so thankful we found Stephanie's :)

I've been going to Stephanie before the shop even opened. I love knowing I can drop them off and feel secure my furchildren are in good loving hands. Close attention is paid to their needs and how they are feeling that day. I'm made aware of things they may notice from one visit to the next. They are remarkable and so accomodating along with efficiency. I would trust my two babies to anyone in this group.

Phattz loves Ms. Stacy. She does a wonderful job. His fur mats horribly and we have to keep him trimmed. When he gets home from the groomer he struts around like he is hot stuff.

Love the care that my pet received! Wonderful service and I will be going back for my pets grooming from here on out. They treat your pet like one of your children. Clean well kept place. Even the smell didn't smell like the place I previously was going . Pleasant personalities! Miss Tilly didn't act like she had been traumatized. Prices are reasonable. You should check it out . I also requested a trim for my puppy. I asked that the hair around his eyes be trimmed so he might see better, but that we loved the hair on his head and didn't want that cut. Amber cut all his hair off his head. It was chopppy and uneven. His eyelashes were even cut. When I asked why, she proceeded to justify the cut. Needless to say I won't be returning.

We have been enjoying Stephanie's Pet Grooming since our 2 toy poodles where big enough to get there puppy cuts. It has been 16 years we've been sith the wonderful staff here. We only have one poodle now our precious Peanut is in Doggie Heaven now but we still have our wonderful fur baby Hummer with us. Stephanie's is a wonderful place that offers wonderful grooming but most important they offer love and kindness to not only your fur baby but also to us the owners. When we drop our dog off we don't need to worry when we go because everyone at Stephanie's is wonderful. It's also very clean. I promise a 5 🌟 visit if you try them out. I love you guys thanks for your love and kindness throughout these 16 years. It's greatly appreciated.

I recently moved to this area and was looking for a place to take my senior dog, who suffers from anxiety and is blind. I called beforehand to ask if they could accommodate him and provided them with his current health issues. They assured me that they could accommodate him and I scheduled the required dropoff for his appointment. The day of the appointment I dropped him off only to be called back a few hours later and they stated that they could NOT groom him.I was disappointed as well as upset since I took the necessary precautions to inform them that he was a nervous dog.They looked extremely busy so I'm sure the loss of one client would have no impact on their business. I would never recommend them based on my own experience.

This place is outrageously disgusting!!!! I had made an appointment based off references and the moment I walked in the smell was god awful!! As I sat to wait I seen cockroaches crawling. I heard employees cursing and screaming at someone on the phone. Another employee was telling someone they messed up on an animal and they don’t care and won’t say anything!!! Along with saying a dog was ugly and they hit the dog because it wouldn’t stop wining for their owner. Please please please if you care for your animals do not go there!!! If you do go there get up and walk out. This place and those people are monsters!!!!! I have made phone calls regarding the filth and conversations of abusing the animals behind everyone’s backs!!!!

I've never felt so unwanted in a place. My patronage wasn't wanted once I arrived to the store. The employees mocked me in the grooming area. I let them know that I could hear them mocking me, all they did was laugh and said "sorry, I'm a little out of it".My pup was a little nervous about the groomer with good reason as the lady dragged him from under my seat. His nails look they weren't done with care nor did they appear neat.I love supporting small businesses but will pass on this one in the future.

My wife and I trust no one else. Kim is our groomer and our dog loves her. We have been going for over 2 years and have had nothing but great results with my dog expressing that he had a good time. Highly recommend for anyone that loves there dog.

At first about 8 months ago, I was leary of taking my dog, Jinx, in for his first cut. I was fearful of him being traumatized as I had heard so many bad things (not about Stephanie's, but in general). Nevertheless, I took him and they told me he would be ready in a couple hours. Sure enough they called when he was ready, he looked so stinkin' cute and so clean, smelled good and even had a little bandanna on. He didn't seem traumatized at all. I now take him every 4-6 weeks for a bath and hair cut, he doesn't act up when going there as he does going to the vet, LOL. The people there are extremely friendly and seem to love handling the animals. I recommend this business to anyone who asks!

I took my poodle to the vet. She asked where had she been groomed. I said Stephanie's. She looks at her assistant and said "did I need to ask". She recognized the excellent grooming of Stephanie's .
