Biggest the area. Easy access off Chippenham or even Powhite. Great produce and meats...There is a gas station and tesla charging station next to it. If you leave and go west on 60, you and your family are safe and decent places to eat and shop. Go east and you can find the strip club and whatever drug the Dr didn't prescribe you and a date for the night. A little bit of everything in this area...Overall 4/5

Used to Love this location. There's never any people at a normal check out. The self check out people have been rude lately. Today was above and beyond. I had an error and when that happened I was trying to ask an additional question about something, but she just shouted about the error and talked over me, refusing to listen, hit a button and walked away. It was not busy. She wasn't rushing to fix another issue for another customer. Just shouted over me and walked back to her spot and ignored me. I'm sorry she had a bad day but for real!?

So, if you want to classified different types of Kroger‘s, this one would be classified as I don’t give a %#*> I’m just here to get a paycheck and leave as soon as I possibly can. This store is often times out of things they are open till midnight but they close the doors at 11:45 or earlier because I’ve been told by the manager of the store at the time that people stay in the store and keep them from leaving to go home. If you were open from whatever time till 12 then you should be open until 12 and if customers are there shopping then you stay open until they are done this store. They have no problem being rude about it. There’s a Hispanic manager lady, cashier manager lady. she is rude and the other lady that I have come across is also rude no other Kroger does this that I know of I usually like Kroger and rewards member they could give they could they could care less. The stores got a lot of people with a bad attitude sale. Signs are not taken down in time produce is certainly questionable at best they just don’t care management doesn’t care the employees don’t care obviously so not a place I would recommend the one on Staples Mill, which is NO across the river and it’s open open till 12 is excellent it is clean , it is run well the people that work there are pleasant and courteous when it is the same way. This one is awful awful awful awful I would not recommend it.

First time in many months that I didn't have to wait in line for more than 5 minutes. Love the store and prices. Just wish you didn't have to download digital coupons for the sake of the elderly that are not computer savvy.

There are never any cashier lines open, only self checkout. Every time I go, the employees are so ridiculously rude that I’ve since opted to shop elsewhere. Customers haven’t received formal training in checkout; things happen and questions are totally reasonable. Yet, every time I have a question or need help, I feel I’ve annoyed them. Sometimes my interactions are even followed by an eye roll which is absurd. Most people are not used to this level of customer service.Otherwise, they seem to have a great selection. Too overpriced and poor customer service service to purchase from again .

The customer service at this location is OUTSTANDING. Rick is an amazing manager and delegator. I was confused on where to return my glass milk jugs - He took them to customer service for me and brought back my credits All while handling other issues and even bagged my groceries at the self check out. Yall are lucky to have him! He made made my checkout so smooth I felt like a famous person! Incredible

It's been a 50/50 experience when I come here. The items I want the most are always sold out, but then I end up finding something new via snacks or cleaning supplies. Like, how are hashbrown patties sold out smh but Finish has a Dishwasher cleaning solution...oops that might be sold out the next time I go 😅Customer service is usually decent depending on the time of day. I would give them 3 stars separately on average.

Absolutely pathetic. You need to take the day off to shop here because they don't hire enough staff to staff the registers. Manager Rick was no help, and the person who answered the phone wouldn't even transfer the call to a manager. Don't waste your time here.

Do not go to this Kroger for grocery pickup. Twice now this week I have waited an hour plus past my pickup time. My pickup time today was from 3-4, and at 545 it still was not ready. Other cars waiting for pickup were leaving before their food came out because no one’s orders were ready. Or they at least were not being taken out to cars. If you try to call, they will not pick up. This is unacceptable as people schedule a pickup time for a reason and have lives outside of that scheduled time. Only gave one star as zero stars is not an option.

Kroger has awesome seafood and meat, but I really come here for the plants! All across the nation, everyone raves about the variety of house plants that can be found at Kroger and their sister stores, City Market, Dillions, Smiths, Ralphs. It's rare that I can go grocery shopping without picking up some kind of green.

make sure to double check expiration dates at this location. Yogurt and bread are often VERY expired. Sometimes up to a week expired.Also, use this location for small trips only as they never have cashiers so its self check only.

The quality of the meat in the deli and crabs and seafood and chicken is actually good it was the room man customer the rude and racist meat man that I encountered as I was taking pictures to do my review to be a great contributor as I always do he approaches me as if what I was doing on my device was wrong asking me what was I doing and he saw me taking pictures and do I need help and but the way he said it was just very rude I already had a lady taking care of me she was actually great but that's my discount not because the quality of the food because that is good

Do NPT use the pickup option at this store. I’ve never received an ACCURATE order from the pickup area. I just got home and was unpacking my groceries and I’m missing ELEVEN items. Really blatant things too. Like I ordered Dr Pepper and received Ginger Ale? With not notification that this was subbed.

What's the purpose of groceries pick up I had a pickup at 5pm and when I get there they say they are a hour behind it hurt to text or call people to let them know there grocery pickup is delayed instead of letting people pull up to find out very unprofessional.

Been trying to put in order for delivery and it won’t let me instead it said for pick up. Then it said free delivery on 01/14.and charge me 9.95 for 2 items that went thru not the complete order. Then I call them up trying to fix the problem and no one answer the phone. I guess I will take my business else where.

Reduced yet another star due to removing the prescription program, and increasing the price of prescriptions. Switching to Wegmans which is $18 for 4 Rxs instead of $90. Kroger used to be about $18 until the last refill.

I stopped in only to wait, wait and wait some more at the deli. Surrounded by employees who acknowledge you IF, and when they feel like it or, not at all. It is very unusual to be greeted in a timely, friendly manner. Little kids are better at customer service at a lemonade stand. Utterly ridiculous!

I love the availability of products here, until 2022, we all know things are hectic right now. Some of the employees are fantastic. It's currently 2/16/24 wow have things changed. Don't expect much help, good luck with things ringing up correctly. And be prepared they have a armed guard..........

Bad produce and horrible customer service! Purchased more than $30 of their fruit bowls and they went bad before the expiration date. Went to return the fruit and they refused the refund because I didn’t have my receipt. I showed them the credit card transaction with the exact total (it was the only thing purchased that day) and offered the credit card used, that date purchased, and my phone number that our account is registered under. They said that they won’t issue a refund because they can’t prove the transaction. It took 12 minutes for Tikki, the manager, to come to customer service only to say that it’s company policy and that if I should call corporate if I had an issue with that, then she walked away from me. Pathetic. We’ve spent a time of money with them over the years and they just lost customers over ~$30 worth of bad fruit. Spend your money elsewhere, they clearly don’t care about their customers!

Kroger slowly getting worse and worse the produce is horrible they're always out of some special that there running that week. Everytime I go to the store registers are not open expect you to try to use self-checkout without getting a discount for saving them payroll. The attendant is either busy with so many registers it takes forever to get help. The managers are often in the corner standing around customer service. When you try to go get help or approach they seem as if you're a nuisance. Kroger used to be really good on par with ukrop's but anymore it is almost worse than Walmart 👎

The worst Kroger’s in the US… I only gave it a star because the deli lady was nice. I wanted turkey cut but the employee was on break I asked for a manager to come and cut me some turkey but he or she never showed up. I will never shop here again ridiculous how this store is run.
