I like the store because it's convenient and I've had no issues with employees about my service dog but it's frustrating that every time I go there people want to talk and distract my service dog especially some of them being old enough to know better. It gets very frustrating because she's a medical alert and PTSD service dog

Worst customer experience ever. After arriving at 6 am to do a money gram at money services I find the posted hours online which says 6am to be different from posted hours in the store 8am. I first go up to customer service and there is no one there cause yet again online it's posted as 6 am that customer services is open but they aren't. After a moment of standing there and workers walking by someone finally talks to me and tells me it's 7 am that they open. No visible hours are posted in the area for customer service hours. After waiting an hour. I go to customer service and they refused to help me with a money gram saying I need to wait until 8 am for money services that they don't do that service at customer service, but the sign over by money services says otherwise. Both the customer service worker and the manager were stand offish and didn't want to provide a service they advertise. If you don't offer a service DO NOT PUT A SIGN SAYING YOU DO... The customer service worker has the gall to try to say I'm incorrect and that she "works here that she knows what the sign says and I'm wrong". Well the sign says you offer money services at customer service during money services closed hours. This kind of confrontation with workers and lack of respect to customers and not actually doing the things they advertise they do is why people don't like Walmart why y'all are under paid. Making someone wait 2 hours until 8 am for money services to open only for it not to open at 8 am and I had to walk up to customer service yet again for the third time to finally get someone to help me nearly 2 hours and 15 minutes later. I do not create your posted hours online, I do not create your posted hours in store and I do not create the signs which advertise what supposed service you offer. So according to the workers here it's my fault that they advertise this see pictures.Worst Walmart workers ever they need retaining or taken off of position of manager and customer service.

The security guard really surprised me, he told me “my kind” shouldn’t be out here in the parking lot…. I am a travel RN so my job is obviously more important than his so I do not know what he means by that. I am a biracial person and did take this as a form of racism and prejudice. Why is he allowed to harass people for no reason? I wasn’t doing anything illegal expect being in my car apparently. I work too hard to be stereotyped and treated this way. I will be contacting the manager tomorrow (04/07/2024) and if they don’t punish that man, I will pay for an attorney and make sure they go the distance on getting that man out. He was the security officer that was overweight, glasses, and he was working 04/06/2024 at around 10:30 when he decided to be an awful person.

Item count was low , only showing 3 of the item. I asked for an item check. What I received was major attitude from customer service. The associates were very rude. They didn't even want to call anyone to check the item. Also refused to let me speak to a manager. If you don't want to help people, don't get a customer service job!!

Walmart used to be my favorite store. But prices have increased while selection and quality has decreased. It never had top of the line merchandise but now most of what they offer is junk, and what merchandise is half decent is horribly overpriced.There are even fewer registers open now and that includes self checkout, which I personally hate.So why do I still shop there? I can get everything I need in one place. I don't have to stop at several stores to accomplish my shopping goals. I'm moving away from that though. As sad as it makes me, because of their disregard for quality and their customers, they've lost me.

Black Friday weekend and had quick check out with self check out!!! Was able to receive polite, fast and accurate directions from a floor employee to find items I was seeking. I shopped in the women’s PJ, sock & underwear section only and it was well stocked. I was very surprised giving it was Saturday on Black Friday weekend.

it’s a hit or miss with this place. Produce is not always fresh and I’m constantly having to ask for a refund on walmart delivery items. I’ve gotten bags of rotten apples, or half a missing bag of them-which can be on the delivery driver. They also don’t have a lot in stock for healthy options but I guess one doesn’t think walmart when shopping healthy. Same with non toxic options for baby products and cleaning agents-this place is not it.

I hate the self checkouts . I don't like the cash only or credit card only machines either. Another thing I'm not a cashier I don't like ringing up my own order. I will be shopping at Martins grocery store from now on for my groceries. Thank you

It’s a Walmart but the other Winchester locations appear to have more items especially seafood one. If you see an item on the app and not here chances are the other Walmarts in Winchester will have it.

Didn’t even get a chance to step out the truck to go shopping and was told by security I can’t park here with the truck. I’m am now rejecting any deliveries that comes to this Walmart. This is the very first Walmart that have ever told Me I can’t park here and I will be filling a complaint.

Hey walmart, your receipt checker, which is a Hispanic male is very specific about who's receipt and cart he looks at. The lady in front of me who was white got a go-ahead with a wave of his hand without him looking at her receipt. I was next and he took his time to check my receipt and the family behind me who was also Hispanic, also got the go-ahead wave from that guy. This happened at 640 ish pm on 11/16/23. I didn't like that and didn't feel valued by your store.

A well maintained store that navigates like every other Walmart in the area. A decent shopping experience with helpful employees, and is well stocked. A much improved store when compared to previous shopping experiences at the same facility. Thanks for the improvement as I will be shopping here more frequently.

Clean store. Had everything I stopped in for. Had a couple of items I couldn't find. Staff was very knowledgable and pointed me in the right direction. I don't usually shop at Walmart and I was pleasantly surprised. I used the self check out with no issues.

Walmart should hire more cashiers and cease forcing patrons to scan and bag their own groceries only to harrass them as exit they the store. Walmart should also have ample, proper functioning self check out registers at any given time. Do better.

In the past i stubbornly refused to buy groceries at Walmart. I always bought at the mainline stores like Martins or Weis. However with the high cost of food, I was searching for a way to save money. I tried Walmart. WOW! I could not believe the money I saved! They had everything I buy plus a lot more selections than Martins or Weis. I cut my foid costs over $100+ dollars. Give them a try. I know you will be amazed too!

Only a few self check-outs accepted cash. Only employee run registers were open that accepted cash and the lines were so long. It took me about 25 minutes to get checked out. Not happy

I rarely have a bad experience in this store, matter of fact the other day I was at self check out and I was using a Walmart cold bag I had bought a few weeks back and I needed another one, and the young man that said he works the upfront part I forgot his name so sorry he had light brownish hair slender went to the other end of the store and got me another one while I continued to check out. That was above and beyond. I'm so sorry I forgot his name. But kindness comes from within. Thanks Again!

Work shoes fell apart, needed a quick replacement. Martinsburgs store of course said it had them, but they didn't. This one had them but I had to get a size smaller. Regardless, it's a much nicer store overall.
