I can run in really quick for short trips or even longer trips how long are the times are respectful people that work there and even customers that are polite. I have had a few times where I've had employees and customers, handled it like an adult and kept moving. Isles can be crowded but not as bad as holidays most of the time. Usually the aisles are empty and things put away nicely 75% of the time, and usually have clean bathrooms

The Pharmacy is always slow. They only have one cashier and he loves to chat with each customer about everything not related to the pending medication. I was in line for over 40 minutes with only 3 customers in line.

I come here twice a year for a nearby event. I was basically forced to use self checkout this time. Once I paid, I chose a text receipt, but realized I left my phone in the truck. I was basically read the riot act at the door and genuinely thought the employee might punch me in the face. YIKES, won’t be back.

Our store in Moorefield is currently under remodeling and redoing the isles. I don't like crowds to begin with, but sometimes I have to go inside. Right now to me it's a disaster and would much rather do the pickup service. But, they don't have pharmacy pickup any longer, so gotta go in.

My husband and I have noticed that the associates at the self checkout have been keeping an extra eye on people going through self checkout. I know they think I don't see them there. But I do notice them right behind me watching my every move. It's uncomfortable and odd. Haven't ever stolen anything. But definitely will be going to Aldi and Food Lion as much as possible:) avoid Walmart as much as possible. I hated Walmart to begin with but now I'll be avoiding it all together

I was turned away by multiple different companies saying it was to difficult to do my battery installation. But Andrew Wallizer that works in the Auto and Motor took my car back and did the battery installation ,even though it was difficult because of my battery location on my car,he got it done for me! He is so nice,kind ,and friendly. Walmart really needs more people like him!!! He definitely deserves recognition for going above and beyond for customers!!!! And If raises are given he needs one!!! Thank you for wonderful service!!!

Usually go to the Charleston Walmart but I don’t think I’ll ever go to back cause this Walmart was one of the best, had all the food I was looking for way more options and more friendly staff that actually do work at the checkouts. More organized and we saw the Oscar meyer Weiner mobile with a leprechaun was an amazing experience. Gave 5 stars at self checkout too cause I saw a sign that said have a nice day love this Walmart

I enjoy shopping at the Pleasant Valley location. There are plenty of disinfectant wipes upon entry, a good selection of produce and food, and most importantly excellent customer service! This is a great store!!!

One of the better Walmarts I have seen. I found items in this Walmart that my local Walmart does not have. This Walmart had a local brand of pizza not found in other Walmarts. Same with coffee. I have never seen the death wish coffee before. We picked some up and it had a great flavor.

My biggest complaint is the customer service. Plus when you are looking for something you can never find an employee to ask. No eye contact or greeting even if you say hello to an employee. No use in complaining because they are such a huge company that they aren't worried about any complaints. They don't even reach back to the customers. I've had the most problems with the pharmacy although some of the pharmacist's have been super patient and kind.

I had a flat tire on I-81 and came to this location for repair as it was the closest to me. It took THREE HOURS to change one tire. Brian the desk attendant was kind. The others -not so much. They didn’t have a lot of cars so why it took 3 hours -I don’t know. I didn’t have an alternative of going elsewhere given my tire but I can guarantee I won’t go back.

A perfect example of how a billion dollar business has taken the human element of customer relations and burned it to the ground. I made an appointment to have the oil changed in my car. I showed up on time, checked in, gave keys to car and walked around the store. I got text messages saying that they had started to work on my car. Almost 2 hours later I was wondering about and decided to go check out the progress. I was greeted with a smile and told sorry we don't have a oil filter for your car.Thanks again for all OF my wasted time. 😘

Trying to avoid the usual Walmart stereotypes. There are two in Winchester. This one is definitely cleaner and more organized. No complaints overall. However, their produce does always seem to be in short supply. This has been an issue for over 2 years. Staff is helpful and the biggest win? There usually seems to be plenty of people available at checkout, which we all know is an issue at most stores. Never had a bad experience and would recommend it.Also, check out their online experience. They can tell you if an item is in stock at their location.

It is a huge store but I found a large selection of items for my project. And maybe a few other things too that I hadn't planned on. Checkout was fast and easy. Parking is quite plentiful.

It attracts every fat person from Virginia and West Virginia you can never get a handicap spot because all fat people get them you can't never get a handicap cart when I had a back problem and I couldn't walk I could not ever get a cart to drive around because all the fat people no handicap people just fat people

I Will NEVER shop at 1406 on S, pleasant valley Rd in Winchester AGAIN! I've had the same associate racial profile me not once but twice and the second time I had one of my kids with me. The first time I was buying diapers. I was the only customer in self checkout and the associate was watching me like a hawk. I paid for the diapers and somehow when I picked them up they rung again. I didn't realize and headed for the door the associate chased me down and had another associate stop me. I showed my receipt but was still escorted back to the first associate who just stared at me with an attitude. I kept showing my receipt and the ONE box of diapers finally the second associate let me leave. I was humiliated and extremely upset. Fast forward a few weeks to May 30th. I'm checking out and my son scanned a ball so I cancelled the item, not only did two associates ignore me and continue their conversation but the same girl from first time came to help. I didn't even get a chance to finishing telling her anything before she looked at me and said i need that item now! I was like ok my son is holding it. She snatched it from his hands and walked away. My mouth hit the floor. Why would I steal and $4 ball. My son then said it's because of our skin color. I left extremely irritated and disgusted. I don't like being treated like a criminal. I've worked for years as a associate as well as a store manager and behavior like that is unacceptable. Honestly I'm not sure if I'll ever step foot in a Walmart again if those are the type of people working for the company.

Well stocked. Super friendly staff. They are remodeling making drive up and go much easier. Expanding the garden center. Best oil changes around. Walmart auto care center has the best tires at the lowest price. Oil changes are awesome can't do it yourself for less. I love Walmart. Pick up and go. Life is better with Walmart. The pharmacy has more pharmacists. The best thing is they now carry ice cream for the pups.

Walmart pay did not work again. Haven't been able to use since October
