This store is a little further away, but the shopping experience is generally a positive one. The store is clean and organized. The front-end employees greet you when you enter the store, and they're attentive and friendly.

Could have been better. Thought I'd try this one as I pass it 4 days a week. But as soon as I got there a gentleman was talking on the phone and had a leaf blower in his hand and not once walked by me blowing leaves at me but twice blowing leaves at me, my infant and toddler. And just proceeded about his business. Not paying attention or recognizing what he was doing. The people inside were nice though. Not sure if I will go back.

When you walk into this Tractor Supply, you don't feel like it's a chain. They make you feel like you're at a small town feed and supply shop. Thank you for my Itty bitty chicken nuggs...these are pets not really nuggets 😀

Was polite and still met with stubborn and aggressive managers. Had an unused wrench, tag and all that i bought in May. They were adamant that they haven't sold one since last year despite proof and that I have only been living in the area for 10 months. Proof of purchase on my account. Manager refused to take it back for store credit, just because she didn't want to. Returns can be made passed 30 days with or without receipt. But if the manager doesn't care about customer service then I guess that's all there is to it. Makes it easier to choose a short wait from Amazon or just going to Lowes next door. Agri supply will also actually have what you need when it comes to hydraulic fluids and heavy equipment parts at a better price.

First time ever going there. Was referred by a friend as a place to wash my dogs. Was very pleased with their dog washing stations. Ended up walking around and shopping. Friendly staff. I will definitely be visiting here more often.

Tractor supply is an awesome one stop shop for your outdoor needs. My wife and I run a Caribbean food truck business and we use them to refill our 100lb propane tanks.Chris Mentor, the store manager is amazing. He is always very polite and courteous and gives great service! I enjoy shopping at this location!

I love Tractor Supply but I've had two experiences at this particular location that lead me to determine that I don't need to use this location any longer.First, I purchased a shirt from Tractor Supply online and they point out in their emails that returns/exchanged are easy at your local store. The shirt I received was too large so I took it to this store to exchange it for the identical shirt but a size smaller. When I went to exchange the shirt, they insisted that I couldn't have purchased the shirt for the price that I clearly had multiple pieces of paperwork showing I did and they insisted I pay the difference. Shame on me. I paid and left.Weeks later, we went to pick up some vegetable plants that were on sale. The sale clearly stated that plants in a specific size container by Bonnie were ALL on sale. We went through a long process of triple checking all the plants we chose. When we got to the checkout, several of the plants did not ring up properly with the sale and they would not honor the sale. This one's a shame on you, Tractor Supply Chester.Thankfully, the folks at the Hull Street location are much more familiar with good customer service.

I dropped in just after opening Saturday morning with the hope of buying some extra chicks. I was greeted upon entering by the woman cashier. There were only 2 other customers there, 1 leaving after making a purchase, and another checking out. I went straight for wherever I heard the little chicks. The manager was on the way to the front and greeted me as he passed. After a few minutes of deciding what chicks I wanted and how many, I walked up front to ask for assistance. The manager, Chris, responded and came back within a couple of minutes. He was very helpful, kind, and talkative; in a good way😄. He boxed up my chicks, I grabbed a watering container, and checked out. All went well and I was able to buy the variety of chicks I wanted, 7 Wyandottes. This was my 3rd trip to this store in 2 weeks and everyone has been very polite. The store is so organized and clean that it makes it fun to shop in. I usually go to another TS store nearby, off Hull St Rd, and it's a good store overall, but just a smidgen below the new Chester store. TS's prices are a little higher on some stuff, and on others roughly the same maybe a bit lower. I recommend both stores per my experiences. Hope this helps, g'day!

Unless you were planning on washing a miniature Chihuahua, do not bring your dog there to wash. water pressure was barely enough to wash the soap off of my hands.

Went in to get a deal I saw online and I go up to the register and the lady tells me that it was a mistake posted online(ON THE TRACTOR SUPPLY WEBSITE FOR THAT LOCATION) and they can’t honor it despite it being in the website. I left the store and called customer service and they told me that it’s an online only deal even tho it didn’t say anywhere it was online only. So long story short do NOT trust tractor supply’s deals or their employees to honor the deals. I have been a customer of this location for a while now but I will no longer be a customer at tractor supply.

I wish I could give 5 stars. The young man who tried to help me was very nice, and deserves 5 stars for sure. Unfortunately, I drove 15 miles one way to get Tordon tree killer. I looked online and it said that the Chester store had it in stock, "Pick up today", it said. The price was good, and I didn't want to wait for a delivery. I'm sure by now you've guessed, NO, they did not have it. The young man and I looked all over the store because they were moving everything around. He did offer to order it, but I did not want to drive another 30 miles round trip. I hate it when a store says you can "pick it up today",,,, you get there,,,, and it's not so. Bummer.

Today was my first time trying out this self service bathing station and I was impressed. My dog Sully loves it and wasn't scared at all. The assistant manager Teresa was keeping the 2 station bathing room wiped down and ready for the next dogger. Here's Sully before and after. Teresa had just received a complaint that the pet washing station and tub weren't wiped down. Mabe you should should wipe down yourselves it's easy Teresa was crushing it when I was there just saying. Good job 👏

Clean new store. Very reasonable prices on clothes. Get most of my casual/work clothes there. They have some other hard to find items and a lot of everyday stuff also.Staff is friendly and professional. Join their program and earn points when you make purchases.

Boot selection for women needs work, only tacky western designs and maybe one actual work boot. Have had other issues with this store such as buying a red painted gate that was heavily scratched up with rust where it was scratched to the metal when I picked it up. I payed over a hundred dollars more for the red version to look nicer. When I spoke to the manager he said they all come in like that because they're stacked one atop the other and the equipment scratches them when they unload. Doesn't seem like a reasonable thing to do with a 330 dollar product. Especially as the paint keeps it from rusting.

I enjoyed my first visit a month ago to get some chicken feed and buy some Carhartt Tshirts. Place seemed great. However tonight, I drove over to pick up an internet order and wanted to try curbside delivery. I parked at one of the parking spaces that has the curbside signs and called the number listed on the sign. The number was out of order. So I go towards an employee, a young man of 20 and inform him of the problem. He states that maybe someone wasn't able to pick up the phone. I reiterate that the phone number is not in order. Not working. He helps me get my order but doesn't seem interested in letting a supervisor know. So go inside and talk to someone who looks like they may be a supervisor or manager to discuss the problem. She states oh yeah we changed our number a while ago. And I retort and you couldn't go out and change the number on the sign to let people know?! She didn't seem to get it. I told her it didn't give any more one confidence the shop there they can't get something that simple fixed. I'm very disappointed I really dislike employees with no initiative.

Nice helpful staff.... I've come in several times and every time has been a decent experience. Even when I'm confronted with an employee that is not as knowledgeable as the others they have always been kind and either called someone who could help or taken me directly to someone who knew.

Avoid this store especially if your roadie. Do not pick up! They will lie and make a complaint against you !!! Very biased store. They shouldn’t assume “roadie” drivers are just delivery persons it’s just a second income for some. They need to be careful because they can be sued for frivolous complaints!

Went there specifically to use the dog wash. Walked in HUGE sign "try our dog wash". Walk around for 10 minutes, no one offers to help and finally ask, where is the dog wash? Oh, it isn't finished yet. Really, then you need to take down the sign that covers your front door. Employee gave excuses but if your dog wash isn't open yet you should not have that sign on the door.

Very convenient curbside pickup. Staff seems to be friendly and lots of fun things to look at and mess with. Plus baby chickens are back if you're in the market!
