I recently visited this Home Depot location, and while it may not be the biggest store, it certainly gets the job done. The staff was helpful, and I found what I needed quickly. A compact store with everything you need for your home improvement projects.

Fast friendly helpful staff. Came in to pick up a lawnmower I ordered online for curbside pickup. Lawnmower was pulled and by the door ready for me when I arrived. Customer service was helpful right away with assisting me and even sent someone out to help me load it into my vehicle. I was able to get in and out quickly without waiting on a Sunday morning. Great customer service! Will return for more items this summer. Thanks to the entire staff and their help. The store was clean and organized. Nice to see a well run store.

If you need help, Jimmy is the one to go to! Best customer service, and really knows his stuff. He actually takes you where you need to go rather than just pointing in a direction. Definitely goes out of his way to make customers happy.

We have never had such an amazing experience at a hardware store before! Sherry was so helpful and spirited back in the appliances, and Erika was so patient and sweet at checkout.Sherry was a wealth of information, and made us feel at ease about making the correct choice on our new washer/dryer combo.Erika made all kinds of calls to make sure we got what we needed before we left and I could not thank them enough!Thank you again!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to you ladies and your wonderful manager as well!

Horrible customer service! My husband stopped by today in the morning to get a color match the customer service representative Barbara in the paint section was super rude and unwilling to help him. My husband felt disrespected the way this person talked to him.We have purchased multiple times from Home Depot we usually go to the Leesburg Home Depot they are super nice there and know who we are and how much we spend yearly at home depot. This person needs to be addressed for the way that she treats her customers.

I will choose this store over Lowes every chance I get. I always have to come here to get what Lowes messed up anyways. So I strongly suggest them. Not to mention Lowes changed the return policy making it almost impossible, and their card services are much more difficult to deal with than Home Depot. So HD is my preference. Never had an issue here.

1st off most of the negative reviews blah blah blah are probably karens and Kyles.What I say is compared to live in northern Virginia home depots there are nuts in terms of businessiness and customers are the worst. But this home depot in the spring the season when it just be black Friday it was still not busy and very chill. Easy to navigate and customer service was great. So 5 stars!

Went to my local Home Depot to buy a Kraus Lofton series double bowl kitchen sink that was an exclusive price of $379.00 and said two available at Winchester Va store for pick up but when I took it to the register to check out it came up $499.00 and the manager would not honor the price even after I showed it to him on my phone.It's so frustrating when your trying to give some stores your business and then they try not to want it, go figure.Well I told them fine I will just go shop at Lowes for my renovation project then and they acted like oh well okay.Way to go Home Depot 👎

Visited this Home Depot location on March 7th, 2024 to request an estimate for an exterior front door project. Wanted to take out my existing single front door and side lights and replace with a set of exterior double doors with "six lights" in each door. There were no employees in the door department. Found an employee in the lumber department and he directed me to the ProDesk, where after extensive discussion describing the door project and much confusion by the ProDesk "pros" regarding the data input for the estimate schedule, I finally paid the required $40.00 for someone to visit my home to measure for and discuss the parameters of the project. That visit took place about a week plus after I initially visited the store and I was told that the measurements would be given to the door department and I would then be called to make final selections to start the project. As of today, April 21st, 2024, STILL no responses, followup or appointment to move forward with the project. So, now I have had to engage the services of another contractor and use this post as the only other means of communication to reach Home Depot to request the return of the $40.00 deposit due to services unrendered.

The peeps here are helpful and knowledgeable. Best place for painting supplies. Plus for those with compromised immune systems: plastic dividers and masks.

As a general contractor I am more than pleased with the service I get at this HD. All of the staff are always kind, encourageous. I do most of my orders online to pick up in the store in 95% of the time the order is correct. If a mistake is ever made, they do their best to fix it right away. Everyone once in a while they seem understaffed and my order isn't ready and a timely manner, but ideal with it.

Well stocked and plenty of fans and air-conditioning unit's. Super helpful staff. Friendly service and expert advice. Paint is blended to perfection they have never given me the wrong color. Clean restrooms and plenty of parking. Wheelchair friendly. Curbside pickup or on line orders.

Never again! Do NOT buy appliances from Home Depot! They only cover them for 48 hours! They will tell you the factory warranty is better than the extended warranty. My purchase was in October. They didn't deliver it until February. Then it broke down in January! So, I call the store. Store call the manufacturer. Manufacturer this item was made in 2021 and is out of warranty. No , I didn't receive it until February 2022. Manufacturer our warranty started at production! Call the store. Store, the warranty started at purchase! Me, it should have started when I received it! It's still going on. They will send you back and forth until you give or contact the BBB!

The employees and the selection of items always makes the Winchester Home Depot, 5 stars. The establishment is clean and the customer service is top level. Where most of the time you go into any hardware store you can roam around the isles for hours and nobody says anything to you, the Winchester Home Depot is different. The employees will engage you if you look like a "deer in headlights" and cand can't find something!I consider them my friendly local hardware (and everything else I need to get) store!

Home Depot is usually pretty good so, I was going to buy some outdoor furniture from here because my supervisor had bought some and it looked really nice. But they only delivered 2 of the 4 pieces of the furniture, the couch and coffee table were not delivered and when she called them, they claimed it was all delivered, but was not. She paid $800.00 for this outdoor furniture set and not all of the set was delivered. They've not gotten back to her in over a week. I think I'll maybe look elsewhere. Seems like a hassle.

Janice in the plumbing section came and helped us out big time. She knew an amazing amount about the tiny details involved in plumbing fittings and was a true rock star. Have never had that much help at any of the dozens of Home Depot stores I’ve been to. Other employees stepped up to the plate as well, instead of the “look away” you get most places.

Ordered a couple discounted things online and soon got an alert that it was ready for pickup. When I got there it was a breeze at the customer service counter, just showed my ID and the order number on my phone, then she took my cart and came back within moments. I also took time to check the balance on a couple of gift cards I found when I moved recently. Tickled pink they were still good and I was able to buy a little something something else to take home!
