I went to Starbucks the night before the Stanley release. The young man behind the counter said he would hold one for me to come back and purchase the next morning. He proceeded to the back and came out with it in a white box. He wrote my name on the box in black marker. The next morning I showed up early, waited in line and when the doors opened the manager said they had 12 cups selling them 2 per person. They sold to the first 6 people and I was #8. Needless to say, I then asked the manager about the cups held in the back. They said no such thing. Like I’m imagining this happening? Here’s the issue, if employees make promises, Target should honor their word, not change their mind and pull the items afterward. The manager was RUDE, and probably held and resold them himself.

I decided to do the “ pick up” option the Target has where you order what you like and pick it up. Well it is calling for snow so I figured I would get some milk and coffee, my son was picking up something else from Target. I ordered and waited and waited drove to Target and waited some more and the worker never came out! Just be careful if you are doing the pick up option, it snowed and we had no milk or coffee!!!!

Excellent customer service and the store is always well-stocked. The staff is super friendly and helpful, which makes shopping a breeze. Overall a great shopping experience.

Finding merchandise is always easy and sales are common. For basic home essentials, items are always stocked with new ones being introduced regularly. I'm usually pleased with their clearance section. As a suggestion, having more shopping baskets or smaller shopping carts would be welcome for those needing only a few items.

Went here because was convenient. Seemed mostly organized and well kept. Pretty busy day on Saturday but checkout was quick and easy. Overall good experience.

Great atmosphere, I always feel safe here. The adjoined Starbucks is also a good locations. As I usually find Targets being, this one is handicap accessible with wide pathways and multiple parking spots. Pick up is also convient and the employees do it well. My one gripe is the bathrooms are always mildily disgusting. They somehow always smell like someone took a ripe poo and there's toilet paper and "water" all about the ground. I remember the days targets used to always be safe, clean bathrooms but this one makes me want to hold it.

1 or 2 persons checking with long af line. I walk right out 50% of the time.Update..they added self checkout a while ago. Upgrading my star rating. I would love it if they brought back the Simply - orange mango juice though. It just disappeared one day then Martin's picked it up.

First, my family members and I had a great time shopping for everything you need to go back to college! When we finished shopping and went to the register line, (which was not long at all) I began to feel dizzy. I sat down on the floor, then had to lay down. I mention this because of the very kind, caring responses from all the Target associates and customers. A lovely lady visited with me and called 911, while the understanding Target employees were doing everything to make me comfortable. They understood I was concerned about my family and did everything possible to help. I'm so thankful and grateful for all the care. ❤️

Target messed up our drive up order and gave us a small size of dry shampoo when we selected and paid for a large size. I called the store and they were of zero help including Elizabeth the manager. She wanted me to drive all the way back in to exchange it or give us a refund. All I wanted was for her to change the product to the smaller size on the order (THE ONE THEY GAVE US), but she wouldn’t do that. It was a difference of $4. You get a 1 star review and lost customers over $4. Nice work.

I absolutely LOVE this service. It saves me from making a trip only to find out the item I want is not available. It has been vital during the pandemic and is still a wonderful benefit. I have bought much more at Target due to this way of shopping. I will continue to use the pick up option whenever it is not convenient for me to shop in person. It was particularly nice when purchasing a number of gift items in a variety of sizes. I truly let YOUR fingers do the shopping.

Very clean and big store! Has a great amount of products, including groceries. Would love to see more in the grocery section tho. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Also, having a time slot for pickup would be such a huge help. Other than that perfect!!! Will most definitely continue shopping here.

Not a bad store. Unfortunately I couldn't find what I was looking for here so I had to go to another target a few miles away.

Very pleased with how the whole virus situation was being taken seriously at this store. The girl at the register was very polite and explained that she was wiping everything down between customers. It was very appreciated to see her wiping down not only the payment terminal but all of the stuff that the customer may touch and wiping down the belt before I put my groceries down on it. While I am sure there will be a customer somewhere that complains that it took too long, I greatly appreciate all she was doing to keep me safe as well as herself. I have to say that I also noticed the employees walking around wiping down all the handles to the freezers as well as other areas that customers may touch. While I am not sure if it is necessary to be that strict about wiping things down, I know that any customer that noticed, felt better about being there today. I will remember that when choosing which store to shop at in the future because this store did its best to keep us, the customers, safe and healthy.

On Saturday, March 25, 2023, I went to the Target at 2340 Legge Blvd. in Winchester, VA where I live. I saw Jimmy Dean sausage Regular and Hot for sale, and I checked with my WalMart app to see if the sale price in Target was higher than in WalMart. I found that the Target sale price, $4.49 was less than the WalMart sale price, $4.62 for the same two items. I also found that avocados in Target were only once cent higher in Target than in WalMart but the Target avocados were ripe and ready to eat. Target sale prices often beat WalMart sale prices, making Target a better place to shop. The Target store has a better shopping experience, too, because at the time of day I went there, it wasn't overcrowded, and the wait-in-line time is better.

While this Target is closer to my home and very clean I avoid going there. The customer service is terrible! My daughter and I LOVE to go to Target but not thisTarget! Every single time I come here I have a bad experience with the staff. If I were you I would drive the extra couple of miles to avoid this place, unless you don’t mind being treated poorly by their employees. I have received better customer service at Walmart! I’m definitely never going back two thumbs down 👎 👎

Clerk did not give me the $0.05 bag discount. Target Debit Card was declined because it was deactivated because they sent out a new card & it was returned because I’ve moved around in & out of homelessness over the past almost year. Explained all this to the Customer Service/Manager lady. Had to use my own debit card. She refused to give me the 5% off that I would’ve had my Target debit card hadn’t’ve been deactivated unbeknownst to me. Had to go through the hassle of calling Card services & even they refused to give me the $0.05 for my bag.

I always have good experiences here, but today a young man named Tijon helped me today with an exchange. He was extremely polite and courteous, not just to me, but to all of the other employees and customers he interacted with. I was truly impressed with his level of kindness and professionalism!

The employees are nice but there is always(!) a significant line to check out. No mater how many employees I see throughout the store or how many I see while I’m standing in a ridiculously long line there never seem to be enough to ring customers up. Just today, while there were at least 3-4 people at each register, one of them closed... I couldn’t believe with that many people waiting someone would actually close their register. You’re much better off going to another location.

Good luck getting someone on the phone at this location. After being told a supply truck would be in on Tuesday, I called to verify they had what I was looking for. Three calls and 50 minutes later, someone finally answered and gave me the good news. I drove 35 minutes to the store only to find out that info was not accurate. The following day I called to see if it arrived today but after calling each department and letting it ring 20-30 times until it disconnects, no one has picked up yet. Times to hire some responsible people for your customer service department.

This is the second best target in Winchester which stops me from giving it a five star review and bumps it down to a four. You can get a much better cleaner experience at the other target in Winchester
