The staff will go out of their way to help the patrons in any way they can. They are great to help with the elderly or handicapped offering a chair or any help needed. I can not stress how outstanding the service and wide range of products they provide. If they don't have it they will order it for you.

I wanted to leave a review in recognition of Ricky Smallwood in the Shooting Sports Dept. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, kind, and skilled at his craft. He is an invaluable asset to the organization. Between Ricky and the GM Seth McManigle is why I will be a customer for life. The entire staff do a wonderful job. The customer service and Shooting Sports Dept is why I drive and 1.5hrs round trip to give them my business.

Never disappointed when I come here!! It's also the only place you can find GE/Whirlpool microwave bulbs, and they have a good selection of watch batteries too!

This place is great. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who get to know your name, your business and what you’re there for. Great customer service. I only walked about 10 feet into the store and someone asked to help me. I told her what I needed and she walked me to another person who helped me get what I needed. They had a specialty bolt that other stores didn’t have. This is the go to place for hard to find items.

Always a pleasurable shopping experience with kind, honest and knowledgeable folks to offer you help but not push you to buy. Can't say enough good things about this place as a hardware store. Definitely a go-to for anything plumbing as well (usually at an easily comparable price to other chain hardware stores).

Their moto is, Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." It's literally on the side of their business.They not only have tools and plumbing supplies but a unique way of having those hard to find items.

This is an amazing hardware store. Their nut and bolt selection is second to none. They carry everything you need and they have a gun shop which is rare and amazing. The staff are the most knowledgeable I have ever seen. Always super friendly and helpful.

My first time here today, and it was awesome! I have been looking everywhere within a 50 mile radius for a hard to find screw, with no luck. I walked in here and was warmly greeted and asked if I needed any help. When I told the gentleman what I was looking for, he personally walked me to the correct aisle and found the part for me. Not only did they have a rare hard to find item and huge selection of items, but more importantly, the customer service and ease of finding the item was great! The checkout was quick and friendly also. I love supporting hometown family owned businesses, so my daily will be back and I will spread the word about this great place!

Unlike the big box stores, these guys really know what they have, and how to use it. They have an awesome selection of all the hardware things that you might need. they have a variety of windowscreen, a billion different bolts, screws, nuts, etc...and a plethora of copper fittings of all sorts and sizes and an industrial section that can get things nobody else can... Glad they're here. ( Please buy back the old store on Loudon pedestrian mall and reopen a Solenberger historic home restoration supply store!)
