I got my 8 month Shih Tzu/Bichon Frisé mix groomed here on Saturday. He’s very much a puppy but this wasn’t his first grooming. They did an ok job but charged $70 for the little 10 lb pup. My 20 lb 13 year old Pekingese/Poodle mix is usually $55 for a full groom. They didn’t do anything extra or anything that would have been an up charge. He didn’t have any matted hair when I took him in so I’m guessing that was their regular price. In my honest opinion it was a bit high and if the quality of the cut were superior too I wouldn’t have a problem with it but his cut was uneven and he wasn’t shaved down like I requested. Won’t be going back here. Oh and he didn’t smell nice and fresh like at our other groomer. I’m not sure what soap they used but it didn’t have that freshly washed smell. Oh well 🤷🏻‍♀️.

Posh pets stocks a wide variety of healthy dog food and treats. They also have an abundance of innovative toys and dog supplies. Lanette has been super helpful in trying to find food that our picky dogs will eat. She’s always kind to our pups when we bring them in as well. They love her treats. On top of this - it’s nice to be able to support a small, local business.

So very helpful in picking the perfect harness, so much variety! The groomer is so sweet also and gentle and did amazing work in our cavapoo. Will 100 percent recommend and be back!

I went to Posh Pets today to find my favorite brand Pee B Gone for cat pee removal and luckily there was one spray bottle left. My mom also found a new scratcher box for the cats to play in the house. It was great to see it again but I need to remember to purchase another enzyme cleaner if Pee B Gone isn't in stock.

We’ve been looking for a jacket for our pit/mix for years and haven’t able to find something that fit her right, until we went to Posh Pets Boutique. They modeled a few jackets on their own beautiful dogs for us and really took the time to make sure we left with something we felt confident would fit without her being there to try it on. Went in for the first time today looking for a specific dog food (my normal retailer was out). Girl at the counter didn’t look up from her cell phone once. Walked around the store for a few minutes, clearly looking for something. I walked up to the counter and stood in front of her and she still wouldn’t look up from her phone until I had to say “excuse me?” She was then rude and uninterested in my inquiry, acted like I was inconveniencing her by being there. Posh Pets lost my business today, and I will not be back. Don’t hire employees that will be rude to and ignore your customers. I highly recommend PetValu or Winchester Pet Aquarium for anybody’s pet care needs, their employees are not rude.
