It's a cute little store with a lot of pet supplies. They had some really cute clothing options for dogs, such as hats. That you don't see everywhere. We want to come back for those!Our only complaint (and the reason we are rating this place 4 Stars instead of 5) is because we feel like the fish tanks could've been in better condition when we visited and we saw Beta fish that were in dirty water and they were put on sale instead of the water being changed. But they had the most beautiful beta fish compared to the other store we visited. So if you're looking for one, go check them out.P.S We would also like to note that we didn't see any dead fish.We still had a good time stopping by and it's worth stopping by if you're looking for petsupplies. 💙Love from Kelsey 🇺🇸 and Lydia 🇨🇦

I called with questions about an item to be delivered and spoke with Wayne. He was tremendously helpful, courteous, and offered good suggestions. He spent 21 minutes on the phone with me, this type of customer service is truly exceptional and he should be commended for it!

Love this place. The employees here are always very helpful and kind. Their fish section is very small with limited choices but all the fish are very well taken care of. I get my feeder goldfish here because they are always healthy and well fed.

Went in to buy some Freshpet food for my puppy that I had started him on and they had NO stock in. When I asked about next delivery date they replied with 'we have know idea when or what will come in." How is anyone supposed to be able to feed their furbaby fresh food if they can't keep it fully stocked, at least available? Taking business elsewhere 😌

Totally spaced out and bought the wrong doggie diapers. I even opened the bag, and they still replaced them for right ones, no questions asked. They were also very excited to give my pup some treats.

I have a problem with this company. There is never a sales representative around when you need one. Their prices are totally unacceptable. I refuse to buy any of my pets' food there for the simple fact that their prices are outrageous. Beware when buying fish. I haven't meet one sales person that was knowledgeable about fish. I've had to interrupt to let the customer know the information being given was wrong. They will also sell you sick fish. Be on high alert for fish with icky. I have had great success with the birds I've bought from them. They were healthy. Their rodents appear healthy. I'm not a big fan of their reptile enclosures. There can be quite a bit of improvement here.

I had no idea this Petsmart was here because the trees cover their signs. I am so upset that I went across town the other day and didn't need to. I was very happy with the cleanliness of the store and how easy it was to get around and find what I needed. The two ladies working were absolutely fantastic! They greeted me as soon as I entered and spoke with me about how long they have been there, 4 years. They were bubbly and joyful and made the visit great! I will be doing my shopping at this location for now on. Thank you ladies ❤

It's a nice place, but becausebits a good deal smaller than most Petsmart stores, the selection was a bit smaller than usual. They still had what I needed, and the people were nice and helpful, so there's no complaints from me, but I can see them definitely not having everything you might find at other stores. Still, the location is convenient for the area, so I'm pretty satisfied with it!

Went in looking for products our veterinarian recommended. We were greeted by a staff member, Ashley who took us to the area and showed us numerous products. She then went online and price matched our entire list! Saved us over $100! Who does that?!? Super helpful and nice!

I was able to get a couple fish here that I couldn't find at other PetSmarts in the area. The staff was friendly and helpful and they have teamed up with local rescue organizations to have a few animals in the store to be adopted. That said, this was easily the smallest PetSmart that I have ever been to, at about half the size of a normal store, so the selection wasn't that great and I'm deducting one star for that reason.

Spent 20 minutes looking for a specific cat harness & lead. Was never offered any assistance despite several young girls having a gab fest.. Finally found it nowhere near the leash and collar aisle. It wasn't at the advertised sale price either. I left them store and ordered the lead and harness on Amazon.

I had a terrible accident at this location. The manager on duty saved my arm and life . I would recommend that any looking for a great staff to help u with your needs stop at this location. Thank You Pet Smart for being their for me

It seems much smaller than most. But it still has everything. Prices are so high, I mean for real. But I guess you are paying for the convenience of having a story that you can bring your pet, and buy for any animal, or fish. The store was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I just happen to be in the parking lot of the strip mall it was in and had time to kill

Nice staff, lots of cats up for adoption (even some for free!), and barely ever busy. The store is quite small with a very basic selection, and it is difficult to return the shopping cart to the store because of the doors.

They don't know anything about the care of some animals, I went twice once for food for my koi and some information since I just bought a house with a pond. They sold me the wrong food and didn't know anything.Then I went to get a calcium and vit D supplement for my box turtle and they had no clue what I was talking about, there also wasn't anyone around to get me the mealworms for him.The checkout lady was nice but the animals care specialist or whatever they are called should know something about a verity of animals.

Wasn't happy one bit with what I learned is called a micro store!!! Ermmm OK well then why bother to be in this plaza?? Not much is carried and the prices are ridiculous!! And I wasn't keen with the cashiers overall tude! " if I could give a zero I so would!!!

Stephanie and Madisen are phenomenal! Not only was I instantly greeted when I walked in but I was also assisted in finding exactly what I needed. I definitely recommend this Petsmart for anyone needing to find the perfect treats or really anything for their pet.

Good place.the girl helped me find a good food for my dogs coat.and got help right away for feeder fish.that usually doesn't happen.and they have these new ostrich bones for dogs.ive heard ostrich is the hardest bone and doesn't splinter.

I hade a very nice experience at this store and will also go there again in the future.The staff was very helpful and patient with me And the animals where very happy so think they take good care of them.If I ever need anything pet wise I think of Petsmart.
