We go here to buy special cat food for our cat since she has a health condition. I've always had a good experience. Her food has always been in stock and the staff are friendly and helpful if you have questions. Overall the store is clean and in good condition, the animals seem to be well taken care of too.

I came here to adopt a pet rat as my one at home needed a buddy.I don’t remember her name but she was a lady with blonde hair, I believe shoulder length and worked 03/11/2024 at 8:00 pmShe was the most nicest worker ever! She was very informative about the rats and other animals there and she knew all of them and their personalities. The other rat I had at home I got from Petco, and that Petco didn’t socialize with their animals at all, so I had to work with that rat a lot. But this one I just adopted from here, is the most socialized and sweetest rat I’ve ever met at a pet store. You can tell they really care for their animals here and socialize them.The lady at the cash register that was sitting down on 03/11/2024 at 8:00 pm was also very nice! She talked to my rat before wishing her farewell and told me to have a nice day and good luck with my new rat!I can confidently say this is the best PetSmart I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to a lot in different states!

I have been taking a dog that I rescued from a shelter for training the last few weeks. Patti is amazing with Buddy and all the dogs. She is so patient and kind. Thankful that I signed him up! It’s going to take him longer due to his severe anxiety and she just keeps reassuring me that it will be ok. If you need someone to help you with your dog, she is the best!

Took my dog to get a TRIM!! I got a call and they said hey we may have to take a little more than we thought. I was like okay…….no they shaved her!!!!I will never go back! Find a local place and support them .My dog looks horrible!! She was fluffy and beautiful!

We have gotten several pets from this store. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I have yet to meet a staff member who didn't care about the animals they sell. The store is clean and shelves well stocked. The vet inside the store took great care of an animal we brought there. Will continue to buy from this store.

This review is for the grooming. Terrible service. Terrible results. I am baffled by how bad of a job they did.I came in for the first time and wasted $49 for some sloppy job. Her nails were not cut fully and I’m assuming it’s because they don’t know how to trim black nails. I paid $15 extra for them to be smooth and they’re rough and still long. Her back nails are even worse.When I picked her up she was really damp, apparently from cologne. She didn’t smell any different, I wouldn’t be surprised if they did nothing. Oh, and it took almost three hours for results like this as well.Please never come here. Same your time, and money. Never have I had such bad results.

Friendly staff, lots of dogs there. However, twice we have gone and twice items have rung up higher than what the sticker price says on the shelf. Staff are aware of it because they have commented each time that "I don't know why they keep doing this." It's very frustrating to purchase items and realize you're being charged more than you should be. I got out to the car today and checked my receipt and realized I was overcharged by $15. I guarantee this is happening to many people who aren't aware or do not catch it until they make it home and don't bother taking it back, all the while PetSmart is profiting. Fix your pricing so the customer does not get taken advantage of!!

The worst experience ever, my first visit for grooming my Mini Snauzer and the last. They didn’t perform the haircut that I told them, neither clean the ears, eyebrows. They told me my dog was agresive, my dog is 11 years old and I never had a problem before. When I asked for my money so I can take him to his usual groomer the gave me only have of the money. They should call me if they taught they can’t handle my Mini Snauzer. I can’t imagine how is going to be with a big dog. Something to think about. NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE THAT REALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR DOG.

Was easy to find cat pellets. We’re given a free sample of cat food. Just gave it to our cat Shadow and he loved it. He’s a very picky cat. Had great service and loved the cashier we got. Thank you for a great experience.

Bad bad i went to go get my dog groomed and. They put her in a cage and hit her and i watched it and left her in the cage for 3 hours while i was waiting for her i do not recommend the groomer section. But the shop in general is good but just that experience is so bad

Great place to go for your fur baby. They even have a point system. Love the selection of pet clothing.
