Elizabeth Peach did an absolutely amazing job on my two dogs. She went above snd beyond my expectations and I couldn’t have been happier. She made my dogs feel comfortable and they went back with her with ease. To top it off, the festive nail polish she did for my puppy was beautiful! She did a candy cane design on all paws. I boosted to all of my friends and family how amazing our experience was at the Winchester, VA Petco. We will be booking Elizabeth Peach (Peach E) here again in the future! 🐶

My dog Miley is blind and a very sweet dog. The groomer Katlyn was excellent with her and did a beautiful job with the grooming. petco has never been a disappointment to us.Thank you again Katlyn.🐾 🐾

It took longer than expected by a lot. I called before I drove back home with things that couldn’t wait and they told me it would be at least another 30 minutes then they called in 10 minutes and said she was ready so obviously it took me a while to get back to pick her up. and it was hard to find someone at the grooming section when I needed my checkout slip or to pick up my dog.

The actual hours they are open are not reflected on their website, with their customer service, or in any Google search. The manager on duty said that the grooming department closes early only on Sunday. However when I went on a Friday I was told they close sn hour before the store. Not sure what time they actually close. A self wash on a small rescue dog that medically requires a wash every 3 days shouldn't have been an issue. We are trying to get her to grow hair so it wouldn't have caused a massive mess. Plus side there is a local option. Aquarium pet shop has great customer service I recommend trying them instead.

Massive confusion from the store over the closing time of their grooming service, called yesterday and was told they were open til 8 and we didn't need an appointment to get nails done. We got there at 7 and was told groomer had closed early. Was told they would be open til 7 today so I tried again. Got there a little after 6 and was told, oops, corporate office told them to start closing at 6 as of today. Btw, their web site says they are open until 7 today. I live 45 minutes from the store so wasted a whole bunch of time and gas. The groomers here are fantastic, they are an asset to the company but the company apparently has no respect for their customers or their staff.

They are not accommodating here. Twice now I have managed to get a dog and baby out of the house only to be turned away and told I have to come back. Do you know how hard it is to get out of the house with a dog and baby?!? There is no customer service and no effort to accommodate. Super unprofessional. Was told this last time I needed an appt even though last time I walked in. I have NEVER made an appt for grooming at Petco. This new policy isn’t posted anywhere for patrons either. Outrageous. I’m going elsewhere. Unacceptable.

They were apologetic enough, but looking for the self-wash, hours online say till 7pm. Showed up at 545 and no dice. They said they close at 6. And they wouldn’t take us. She could’ve squeezed us in, I’m sorry but yes they could’ve. Please update your website with accurate times. Not coming back.

We have a large aggressively friendly dog and they do wonderful with her. We have her nails trimmed there because she won't even let us near her feet with anything let alone a clipper or grinder
