I have been taking my 2 dogs to Petco for a few years now. I always book my appointments with Jaime. My dogs even know her name now haha. Seriously, when I say, let's go see Jaime they get so excited and go nuts when they see her. She listens and always has listened to everyone of my needs and concerns. She makes me feel like I'm important. My dogs obviously love her so, that seals the deal. She is fantastic!!

I have been coming to the Chester Petco for at least 10 years and we've never had a time that we weren't happy with the service. We have switched groomers a couple of times but Jaime always seemed to be the one we gravitated back to so she gets to help us with Duke when he needs it and she always does a great job. Both of our dogs were nervous and Lovey hated the blow dryer. Bella who's 14 was anxious the whole time. The groomers not only took alot of time with my dogs, but when Lovey couldn't handle the dryer, they towel dryed her several times and stayed with her until we picked her up (she also can't handle a cage). Your people were outstanding

Took my 12lb,10 months old pup for nail trim buff and pads groomed... groomer states that he was aggressive and she couldn't finish... I watched the whole thing unfold instead of getting help the other groomers watched and laughed. She offered to give money back at that point it wasn't about the money. I will not return to store for grooming or shopping

The person at the fish area was being so negative not letting me buy the fish i wanted for my kids. He Was walking us down to purchase a $100 fish tank we politely thanked him for letting us know, and walked away to look around the store before we left, and he was following us and looking me dead in the eye very creepy.. i will never go there again.

Petco groomer Sharon treats my furbaby as if hé were here. She is professional in grooming my Prince and always smiles. She listens to me in how I want my Prince groomed and does a excellent job. The main reason is my Prince loves her and that is number one with me.

GIADA is always available to take care of my dog. My dog is extremely anxious, and GIADA is just fantastic with her. It's a bit difficult getting my dog there pet smart is closer in col hgts. But they stink. It's well worth the drive to petco. GIADA is the best.
