I have my dog in private lessons with Jake. He is doing great learning! I am excited to continue lessons. Store has nice clean saltwater set up. I have success purchasing fish hear. Staff has also been very helpful on recommending products. So far I have had a great experience!

I have been going to Petco for almost six years, even though COVID they found a way to give me great service. There's a core group that makes it run smoothly. They are always patient with my very vocal little girl and always gentle. The self-service wash is a very nice feature.

We had an Shih Tzu groomed here. It wasn't his first time being groomed, just first time being groomed at Petco. The hair cut wasn't what we expected at all and he came home traumatized. Never seen him act the way he did that day after being groomed. He was ok today and its been a couple of days. The hair cut was all messed up. All uneven, hair still in his eyes, ears not trimmed correctly, but he did smell good. I don't think we will be taking him back to Petco. Maybe we will just groom him ourselves. The price was outrageous for the job they did. His hair was also cut shorter than we ask for and we didn't see it until after we had paid and tipped.

Love Petco. They have kennels for 4 cats from the local Winchester SPCA for adoption. I love that they do this! Helpful staff and always have lots in stock.

On a moments notice, they fit Savior, my Standard Poodle, into their workload. I travel for work, so my schedule is unpredictable.They did an excellent job, and he looked perfect.I can only hope that he was as good to them as they were to him. He did get a good report though.

They shaved my daughter's Labradoodle down to the skin and trimmed his nails, but left enough hair on and around face to make him cute. We call him a SNICKERDOODLE now!! Also, they shaved my Havanese down to the skin and trimmed nails, but you can't tell what kind of dog he is now. They did exactly what my husband asked. But, I would have left some hair on his face to show what he really looked like, if I had taken him.

Just got Luna and Skuddles a few weeks ago and I couldn't be happier awesome with the kids and in perfect health. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff my go to for Pet supplies and new additions to the family. 😄

Just would like to make things right. The Girls are great at what they do. Had some issues with my senior dog. Got mad. So I took him some where else. But they told me the same thing. He is old and can't take the whole grooming thing. Sorry petco.

After 2 1/2 years of this being our favorite store, (my Girl 🐾 will be 3 in November) I may change. The customer service I received this morning from MANAGEMENT, in my opinion, was unacceptable. EVERY person we've ever interacted with from day 1 has been nothing but helpful to me and caring and loving with my Girl, but this new manager lacks a caring smile and Customer service.

I used the self dog wash as it's the easiest for my dog to get into. Nice facility and everything is supplied though I use my own shampoo.

My daughter and I bought a ball python from here. I didn't know anything about snakes and the guy who sold us the snake was GREAT! Here educated both of us about care, handling and raising a snake. Pretzel is what my daughter named the snake and he is doing great and getting big. Love this place! Very happy

Me and my girlfriend were talking to an employee and he told us he starves the rats to try to get them to do tricks with honey roasted peanuts and told us to do the same. Me and my girlfriend love this store we bought our rat at it a couple months ago but we could not get the employees name he was not wearing a name tag on March 20th 2023
