They have really tastey fresh made chocolate chip cookies in the bakery.🍪 They pack about 20 up in a container.. this is day 2 and Ive opened it multiple times and the cookies are still soft. They are so good, better than Subways cookies😋 so thats really good. Not to mention the single served donuts.. my favorite is the white powdered raspberry donut. Heaven!😶‍🌫️They have a clean seafood section with several options unlike a supercenter down the street. I enjoy their salad bar from time to time and I also explore the organic section and appreciate what I find. Im pleased to report the fact that they always have motorized carts available as I have trouble breathing and can not walk long distances.

I have to say, your doughnuts in the bakery are AMAZING! You make the best in the area in my opinion and after working 3rd shift at my job, it is an absolute treat to come in the morning and pick out some. I have yet to have a stale doughnut, always warm, fluffy, and satisfying. Please! Whatever you all are doing, keep it up! ❤️

Martin's is a one-stop and one-shop grocery store. We moved to Winchester 30 years ago, from Centreville, VA. Martin's is equal to the Giant Food stores in Fairfax County, and we love it. Staff is always courteous, helpful and friendly. We love it.

Sometimes, something catches you off guard, something so unexpected it takes a moment to process. That is what happened when I walked into Martin's and saw Chruściki. Polish tradition since the middle ages right here in front of me. First it made me think of my grandmother who's parents came here from Poland through Ellis Island. Then I wondered what life in the land of my ancestors, szlachta, was like. Some day I will return. For now it lives on in my taste buds and memory thanks to Martin's for carrying it. How could I go anywhere else?

The fact that my 89 year old mother had to bag her own groceries and that the cashier did not lift a finger to help her in anyway is ridiculous! Is this your policy now, cashiers do nothing but swipe the products in a “ full service” line. How about hiring some baggers? This cashier stood and watched my elderly mother bag every item she bought. I’m very disappointed in Martins👎🏻

The lady in a deli cheese department is really rude and act like a boss. I was trying to ask something from her she left and didn’t looked up to me.

This is actually my favorite Martins of all but unfortunately I had to stop shopping in the store because the bathrooms are absolutely unsanitary and filthy. I am sure the store makes enough money to replace the toilet paper holders. They should not be sitting on a filthy floor or on the handrail. Management we have to use that paper on our bodies. Please take the time to inspect your bathrooms and replace items that are broken. I would love to continue shopping there but it’s too much of When I have Everything back to go to another store to find a bathroom. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!

Very nice store, just like our Giant in Pennsylvania, my Giant card even worked at the register. Visited the day before Thanksgiving and all registers were open and the staff were very helpful.

The store is kept nice but my only issue is the bathroom. Every time i use the bathroom its disgusting. Today i couldn’t take anymore i walked out of the bathroom in such disgust.The one stall that was available it looked so I nasty took a picture to show management how the bathroom looks. I hope the mens bathroom is clean at-least.

Love Martins! It is always clean and tidy and their help by the self checkout is wonderful. Food is so expensive these days so their deals are looked forward to weekly.

It's a grocery store and has food but the fresh sushi could use some work. Not many choices to pick from but to be fair the guy was gone and he would probably have made me whatever I wanted.

Always clean and nice people. The gentleman in the self serve area was kind enough to help me so that I didn't have to scan 10 bottles of powerade by overriding and putting in that I had 10 bottles. He was kind to my baby and tried to get my baby to smile at him.

Please do something about your salad bar. It is always lacking items. No containers or no forks/napkins or scale not working. I can say without hesitation that your salad bar at the Pleasant Vally store is really not comparable to others in the area. Items on the bar also lack quality.

I love the deli section of Martin's on Pleasant Valley Rd. They always have great chicken and a variety of salads and precooked items. It's good if you don't feel like spending time fixing lunch or dinner. They also have the salad bar and olive bar.

Stopped in the Martin’s grocery store in Winchester, VA early Sunday morning to buy items for a family reunion.The store was well stocked, the employees were helpful and pleasant.I’ll be back next year.

Fresh produce excellent prices. The store is clean and fresh. Very well stocked. The meat department and dairy department are well stocked with plenty of healthy choices. The deli has a wide variety of healthy options also. The staff is friendly and helpful. They carry the 5 gallon jugs of spring water and you can exchange them for full one's which is good for the environment. Plenty of parking and wheelchair friendly. They offer pickup. Masks are worn by staff and sanitizing is a plus. They have a savings card which is free and extremely useful. They have Starbucks inside. If giving them a ten was an option I would give them one. I highly recommend MARTIN'S for your grocery needs.

Mark, the foul little boy who works the self checkout and is also known as "Krusty the Klown", has a major attitude problem. Martin's needs to send him back to whatever juvenile detention facility he escaped from.

It was a good experience! The store was clean and orderly! Pretty well stocked and no clutter of boxes in the aisles! Cashier was very pleasant and helpful! Instead of sending me to customer service for a store member's card she went and was glad to do it when I told her I was appreciative of her extra care! The floral Dept looked good, flowers looked fresh and plants we're very healthy looking!

Sister company to Giant Foods. I grew up on Super Giant grocery stores so it is pretty nice still having basically the same store to shop at 2 hours west of where I grew up. Having said that, in the Winchester Virginia area this store has the monopoly and their meats are expensive. Especially beef.
