Some of the people that work there are very courteous and know how to help you. Others are just there for a job. They don't know how or don't want to help the customer. Good thing I kept a phone number from a vendors regional salesman from 2 years ago. I ordered a truck load of retaining wall block back then and corners for it. The customer service rep told me they don't carry corner block, I told them they can order it. They had no clue how to do it. So I called the salesman on my phone and helped them do they're job. What ever happened to customer service in this country.

No carts whatsoever near the garden area. An employee was gracious enough to go to the parking lot and walk around to find me a cart. Once I walk in to shop…. The aisles are blocked can’t get thru to shop. At least 15 customers with carts in line to check out. One register open. Got in my car and left. Get your act together management!! Lost a lifetime customer here!

My experience purchasing a washer and dryer from the Lowe's in Winchester, VA, on Market St, started off to be a very negative experience. They did not have the dryer I wanted in stock so Katie called and found one in Front Royal. Well, when they went to pick it up, it was no longer there. No one called me to tell me this. When I called to verify, I was put on hold, transferred and hung up on several times. After 3 days of this, I finally spoke with a manager whose name is Evan. Well, Evan was wonderful! He kept calm, put me on hold while researched the set I wanted. It turns out, they were not even available from the distribution center. There was one other set that interested me, and that as well was not available. Evan remained calm and helpful, he asked if I would be open to another brand and I said yes. He recommended the LG set and after researching the reviews, and having Evan's personal experience with them, I decided to purchase that set. I made the trip over to Lowe's, found Evan and he helped explain the washer and dryer to me, and also matched the price to what I would have paid if I had gotten the Samsung set I initially wanted. So, even though my experience was very frustrating and maddening at the beginning, I have to seriously give all the credit to Evan at the Lowe's in Winchester VA. He was extremely professional, kind, understanding, knowledgeable and it ended up being a very great experience afterall!

Ordered online Saturday night, waited for them to send us a email but they didn't even let us know they were out of a item until we contacted them.Had a conversation with someone asked for the district managers number and hung up on us.Not really sure if they are being trained properly as you shouldn't hang up on a customer when they ask for a higher up authority to contact, do better Lowes or Small Businesses will get more attention.I can walk in a small hardware store and get a smile and find a employee in 5 secs but when i go to lowes no one greets you, no one smiles and it takes longer then 5 mins to find an employee. I am sure your short staffed but Small businesses are one up on their customer service and friendly hospitality.I appreciate the veteran discount you guys give but i also can get that from my local hardware store. Hopefully you can redeem yourself but i wont hold my breath.

I have never been disappointed in Lowe’s. Anytime I am looking for something to help me in a project, I go to Lowe’s. It’s an amazing store that I spend more time than my own home. I was looking for drywall products today and they had everything I needed.

July2023 The customer service was horrible here. No one asked to assist me it’s lifting anything no matter that I had I under control. The cashier was the only nice person. I won’t stop by here ever again.

Very bad experience in this place precisely, I made a purchase on the 4th of July and they offer free assembly which I took advantage of, but it took almost a week and they never called me so I had to go pick it up personally and do it myself, and the only thing I know I had to do is put 4 screws on the wheels and they could NOT do it? very disappointing

I went to purchase an LG stackable washer and dryer. I had interactions with four associates. Jay and Cody from the appliance department and unfortunately I do not know the name of the gentleman that worked in plumbing department nor the name of the cashier. The gentleman from the plumbing department was the one that actually made the sale of the washer and dryer and got me to sign up for a credit card because they were having a department meeting when we arrived and this gentleman stepped up to help us. After getting the washer and dryer home we had an issue with the washer. I called and spoke with Jay and he said not a problem Just bring it back and we'll exchange it for you. I really thought they would be an issue with returning it but Jay and Cody went above and beyond on to make sure that we were satisfied with the transaction! All three of these gentlemen are a great asset to your company!

I love lowes, I moved into my house about a year ago and have purchased 90% of what I've needed from here, from a fridge to lawn mower to lumber for a tree house. We'll I was in there over the weekend for lumber for my a shed and noticed that the patio furniture was clearanced and I was in the market for some bar stools for outside. I saw they had one box and four displays available. I asked if they sold the displays and an employee yes said after all the boxes have sold. She then proceeded to have me wait she looked all over for a second box which she did not find. I told her I would talk with the wife and buy all six. I went home dropped off the lumber and headed back. Well guess what, they sold the displays and there were now two boxes of chairs. I asked the manager Megan why they would say one thing to me but do another after I leave. She said o well. I bought the remaining boxes and left. I will not return, o well.

Came in with an arm's length of pipe I cut open under the house to stop my bathroom from filling with water. Arthur handed me a pipe cutter and a fancy valve, said "This is how you use it, this is how you check to make sure you installed it right. Be careful and good luck."Ten minutes after getting home I turned the water back on and everything was fixed. Very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, affordable. Crisis averted.

This store in North Winchester is WAY more helpful than the store in Winchester I am handicapped so I needed to ask for help finding what I needed no problem at allThe one in Winchester!!! I got one of the store scooters..... It lasted 30 feet. So I asked someone to help me locate a water test kit quote "oh that's at the back corner of the store next to the water heaters" ok I walk all the way back to the back and who passes me on a forklift!! And proceeded to block the Isle so I had to wait just to find out NOPE NO WATER TEST KIT so I asked another person and he said" oh that's up mid way of the store with the water pumps" REALLY?? MID WAY well what do you know it was really there. Now I'm in so much pain I can hardly walk and I get up to the entrance and ask if the service desk can check me out with my 2 items " Oh No you will have to go to the check out we don't do that here" well guess what people I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK to the Winchester store.

This Lowe's is on the "outer ring" of my local Lowe's stores. From where I live, the Pleasant Valley location is closer, and usually has what I need. However, this Lowe's has never failed to disappoint when I can't find what I need at the other one. It is truly good to have two Lowe's stores in Winchester: there are times I visit them both! The inventory here is good and the employees have always been friendly and helpful here.

The Lowe's at Rutherford Crossing is consistently a great experience. The people are helpful and friendly, and the service is fast. I highly recommend this place over all others in the area! I've never had an issue here, and they carry just about everything you need. The people who work the customer care area have gone above and beyond for me on more than one occasion.Still great!!!Update#3: fast and friendly! So much better than the other winchester location.

The assistant manager in the past me and him had a disagreement but I came in today and he was respectful and helpful and courteous this Lowe's the wonderful love to shop at and they are very considerate when it comes to customer support I recommend this Lowe's to any and everyone

Idk why they have so many employees doing nothing in there. It's extremely frustrating when the line is 10 people long, you can't get self check out to work and the only open register has 2 women admiring someone's dog for 10 minutes while I struggle to ring in a can of paint. Then had to wait even longer bc I had to go to the back of the line that was waiting for the live cashier's (who again we're more interested in a dog than doing their jobs).

Very pleased with today's visit. Herson is the best! I was sent into the store today with a list of things I needed for my company and he walked through the entire store helping me find each and every item I needed. He kept great conversation going and never once seemed annoyed or in a rush. Will definitely be looking for him the next time I come in and need help! Thanks Herson!
