Wow, what a team. Everyone is helpful. The pleasant young woman at the front desk didn't know the answer to my question, but instead of just dropping it or directing me to ask someone else, she went to her manager and asked her for me. The manager went above and beyond to help. I have had several pleasant experiences here from the store room, to the loading dock. I really appreciate how professional and how very friendly everyone has been at every visit. 5 stars all the way. Boil on!

Stopped here to get the propane refilled in the rv. Super friendly and helpful staff. Had to unhook our towed vehicle to make the turn to get close to the tank.

I buy my propane from your store in Oakland Md. I had my 500 gal. Tank filled on 02/13 and recently saw new charge on my credit card for $930 . 00I contacted your associate at the store and was explained that you are now pre charging my card ( maybe months before I need another fill). How is that a fair buisness practice or even legal?Amanda was very helpful in explaining the details and I give her 5 stars!

Asked if they had a list of feed they sold. Guy at the counter said no, had zero clue about what product they had and didn't know prices. Seemed to be overpriced on product I could see. If you don't know EXACTLY what you want don't go here.
