Slowest store I've ever been to. Only 2 (if lucky) registers open and cashiers are slow. Been standing inline for about 15 minutes with 2 people infront of me while a manager is arguing with a customer about returning an item. Whats the point in having 7 registers if only 2 of them are ever open. Worst store ever.

This location is so slow. Every time I have been here. I just waited in line over 20mins and only one person was in front of me. They had no change in the drawer. Couldn’t get anyone to the front fast enough and then he got there and still had to go to the back. That’s ridiculous.

Long lines slow cashier's but friendly. Its like a tiny Wal-Mart but cheaper & easier to navigate. I have to give them an extra star now because they truly handled my complaint effortlessly.

The store is a mess..racks scrambled, hangers on fllors, shoes- geez! Does anyone work here? 12 people in line 1 cashier, the other doing returns, and cashiering, it's a mess.. Don't ask why sales are down!!!people walking out

It only has 1 bathroom in the very front, and no water fountains. It should have water fountains, because, what if someone is very dehydrated and they don't have enough money to buy a drink, then they die. That's on you, Roses. I will never shop here again.

I've always had great luck at Roses. The store was clean, the staff was plesant, and I found something I really liked.

Ask to use the dressing room sales clerk said the key was lost she was overheard by another sales clerk who offered her a key she refused it so I was not able to try on my garments so I left the store and did not purchase anything
