My experience hasn’t been all that great especially getting someone on the phone but it’s getting better. I have no problems with the pharmacy they are pretty awesome (the normal ones) Peter (I call him spidey or Spider-Man) is absolutely amazing. He has a great personality and he has extraordinary customer service. He’s one in a million. All of the pharmacy staff is great but I have my favorites. Spidey and 2 girls I can’t think of their names but one of them already knows my name and she’s new and I only saw her once the 2nd time she new my name. I want to say her name is Megan but not sure. But when I checked out Larry the cashier acted as if I was bothering him and frustrating him because he was so busy texting on the phone I had to repeat myself several times. He needs to get fired and I’m going to talk to the manager tomorrow

Worst rite aid EVER .After waiting patiently in like for 15 min the man in pharmacy says my medicine is ready & it's going to take 2-3 min to put my insurance info in computer and they are going to lunch at 1:30 and it was 1:25.so I need to come back.

Rude associate assumed I wanted a free mask. I walked in there and asked where the masks are and she said they didn’t have any. Another associate said they’re over here. She rudely yells she wants a free one. And I told her I plan on purchasing the mask. She knew she was wrong because of the look on her face when I told her I was trying to purchase one.

I have my prescription's at Rite Aid, Never had any problem with them filling or any mix up with the notice they give you on your phone, that they have been filled. I use to go to Walmart, long lines& one time they didn't have my blood pressure medicine, They said they was going to call my Doctor to see if the Doctor could put me another med !!!Why would I want to go on another med when the one I was on works Good.That's when I switched to Rite Aid should have done that A. Long Time Ago.

Trying to call in, just beeps- not even the automated prompt picks up?? Another rite aid advised that you can go on the Rite Aid app and request &/ check on med refills :)

This place is the worst. Called for 3 days to get a refill. They are nasty when you go to pick up. I went here for the convenience because it is closer to home. I am done. Going back to Walgreens. Don't waste your time here.

No one answers phones they act completely oblivious to online orders and you will wait 20 minutes per person in the drive thru because they are probably filling your order. If you depend on life saving medications run from this place. People need to be fired here.

My doctor called in my prescription and when we went to go pick it up they said noting was called in even though I received a call saying my prescription was ready. I kept receiving calls to pick it up and they said they didn’t have it even though the voicemail said that it was at that location. My doctor called in another prescription and when we went to pick it up they said they didn’t have it. I don’t know what kind of pharmacy they’re running there and I would highly advise going to a different one. Wish I could give them zero stars.

You can never get anyone from the pharmacy on the line and when you do they will place you on hold for a long period of time and never come back to the phone. I was on hold for 22 minutes. The need to hire more help because this is not great customer service.

I called to have my sons prescription refilled and was not able to reach anyone in the store for an entire hour. I was hung up on at least 6 times and double that recycled back to the main recording. I tried every button except the " if you are calling from a doctor's ofc ". Each one I got hung up on. The service here is ridiculous.

Years back when they opened it was my store to go to but now… it’s not good, now it’s only one person there, a sister from Africa working, she does her best to help everyone but one person cannot run the pharmacy… you people need to improve because I see this store going down and I don’t want that, pay your workers higher wages so you can have more employees

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Neither the store or the pharmacy answers the phone. I have called repeatedly for the past 2 days at various times. absolutely ridiculous. YOU'RE A PHARMACY! PEOPLE HAVE QUESTIONS REGARDING THEIR MEDS! IF YOU'RE THAT SHORT STAFFED YOU SHOULD JUST CLOSE!

Horrible!!! The slowest place I've been. I put a prescription in at 830 at night went back the next day at 130 pm they told me it won't ready come back 😂 . um no. I sat there and waited 30 min. Won't ever come back....

This pharmacy is horrible the pharmacist Nikko have given me wrong info about my heart meds and I complain to the supervisor and nothing happens because it happened more than once the attitudes by the staff here is horrible please be careful when you go here the do not care about your well being.

Went in for both covid19 vaccines and both times had to wait at least 25 minutes after the appt to get shot. Why make appointments? Thank you for giving shots but this location was terrible. 2040 Atlantic Ave. Chesapeake, Va

pharmacy never answers the phone, I've only ever seen two people there and one woman admitted to not being a pharmacist but having to cover for lunch, I see her very often, they need to hire more pharmacists

This is the worst pharmacy ever if I could rate it 0 I would they have very long wait times they don't let one know if a prescription is ready and will restock your medicine before allowing you to pick it up they have horrible customer service skills and the worst pharmacist ever they need to hire extra help not up front but in pharmacy I have often felt like moving my prescriptions but I would have to move my entire family
