The pharmacy service at this Rite Aid is AWFUL. Scrip called in over an hour earlier and it's still not been put together and checked by pharmacist who is in NO hurry to check it. Chatting with a customer for over 15 minutes while people are waiting. When I asked how long it would be the pharmacy tech was rude. Not the first time for this experience here. This is why I NEVER go here unless all other pharmacies in the area are closed. Maybe Rite Aid in general wouldn't be in financial trouble if they had pharmacy employees who didn't always act like they were in no hurry to assist customers.

Decent location, prefer going here over the 7-Eleven and the Food Lion because of the terrible traffic and construction going on currently. Although some items aren’t stocked as frequently as I would like, the store is clean and everyone is friendly. Love the rewards and cheaper pricing here too.

The worst pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. Every single time the wait time was terrible, they didn’t have it ready when they said they did, it was randomly closed. The hours are terrible. It astonishes me every time.

Absolute worst pharmacy. My meds are never filled on time. And don't try calling them, because they wont answer the phone! The line is always super long. They're only open part time, form 10am-6pm. Worst possible hours to have. They claim to be 2 weeks behind. How do you explain that to someone who is dependent on certain medications? CORPORATE, I HOPE YOU'RE LISTENING.

If I could give zero stars I would! Worst pharmacy in the area. Tell me why they can't get it together, why they don't stock medications that someone uses every 30 days, why the system is supposed to be on automatic refills and we have chase down someone to get a script filled. That's IF you can get someone on the phone. Just to be told it's not in stock. Ridiculous don't waste your time with this company and location they obviously don't care about their patrons!! They have no common business sense! They were short staffed and was closing early counter productive.

After numerous calls to get info on a new perscription without response, my wife finally go in touch with the store manager. She was told that they simply do not have the workers and that sometimes the pharmacists don't come in. She was told that there are no longer SUnday pharmacy hours and reduced Saturday hours. Pharmacy simply does not answer the phone because there is frequently no one there . Sad for a store that we have done so much business with in the past and had no issues with!

Without a doubt the worst pharmacy i have ever had the displeasure of visiting, my fiance had an emergency prescription fill put in by her doctor due to the early onset of necrosis on her right foot, the Dr was adamant that she needed to start the antibiotics immediately, after having the prescriptions faxed over around 1130 scripts were still not ready at 535 and hadn't even been started, was told to come back first thing in the morning and it "might" help the scripts "push through" after waiting in line for 30 min no customer received any of their prescriptions either. Very disappointed in the service at this pharmacy, will be changing ASAP.

I will never come back here. Back in the fall my infant son had to be on antibiotic and they gave me pure powder, they didn’t mix the antibiotic. I ran back to the pharmacy and the rude cashier locking the doors told me there was nothing she could do about it and shrugged her shoulders. Fast forward to today I had a steroid for an inhaler called in that my baby needs and it has taken HOURS and HOURS. Went there to pick it up because I figured they surely forgot to text me. Nope, still not ready and they told me to come back in another 30 minutes even though it’s been there allllll day. Worst costumer service ever. Never going back.

Why are they even open!! Sent a request for a refill a week ago. Received a response that I would be contacted when prescription is ready. No contact received! Have called for 2 days and don’t get an answer (yes, I’m calling during their very limited pharmacy hours). I’m guessing they want to inconvenience everyone by having them to physically come in to request a refill and then tell you come back when it’s ready! This is ridiculous and HORRIBLE customer service!! And it’s not the first time but most definitely the last!

Unbelievable! Nobody picks the phone and no messages about the prescriptions! You drive all the way there for them to tell you it's not ready or the insurance didn't approve yet a 10$ medecine so they didn't bother tell you!!! Just stay away from this place!

Pharmacist treats people like numbers. He is clearly unhappy about having to give 60 shots a day with 30 seconds per. Talks too fast to understand on purpose to make his point. Rude man in a care takers role, didn’t mix.

I started going to this Rite Aid after I moved to Deep Creek and I have to say they have that small town, make you feel at home atmosphere. I really like this one. They are super friendly and prescription refills are really fast. The drive thru could be updated though.

I'm so thankful for the amazing pharmacist at Rite Aid who stayed open a few minutes after closing to fill my prescription. He is the reason why I finally got a good night's sleep, and I'm finally feeling better!
