I have been coming here for awhile cause they are close. My last two visits have brought me to the point that I need to start looking elsewhere. The quality of work has truly gone down while the cost keeps going up over a couple of years. I miss the care Amanda used to give my little boy.

I went in with my niece. She found what she was looking for. She had to asked an associate where a certain kind of food was for her dog. He took us straight to the fridge. I watched a dog being groomed. There wasn't enough birds there. The facility was clean also

We used to take our old dog to Kai but he is so popular, it’s impossible to book him these days. We took one of our new dogs to Carter few months ago and it was a great experience, just booked another appointment for both of our dogs. The person who was “helping” us book an appointment was so unfriendly, if we didn’t know any better or were first time customers, we would have left. She was condescending, uninterested and almost rude. So my advice if you are trying them for the first time, don’t let the person assisting you fool you - actual techs are pretty good!

Went in for car food, had everything I wanted. Also found cat tree perfect height at a price. Employees were very helpful.

Great with my dog he was clean and fresh smelling and most of all he was dry I have a long haired astrailan shepherd and I know that alone was an accomplishment

Cat food selection is horrible and overpriced. I can buy Blue Buffalo cheaper at Target than PetSmart.
