Worst grooming staff ever! They cut the pad of my dogs paw so deep she couldn't walk on it months ago and never told us. When I called to complain about the lack of care and communication the next day they put a note in the computer not to allow that groomer to cut her nails. We took her back two more times since then. Now today they refused to cut her nails at all. Worst customer service in tge grooming area I have ever seen! We will use the new pet store across the street so don't worry! Your not the only one in Western Branch!

I called first to see if I could bring my dog in to have her nails trimmed u was told yes. When we arrived the girl at the desk let her manager know why I was there, the manager raised her voice to say you can’t leave your dog, I wasn’t going to leave my dog. She said you have to wait 15mins no problem me and my dog will be sitting right outside the salon. Next thing I see is the groomer manager comes outside with two people one I know to be the store manager which lasted about 10mins no problem. Shortly after the groomer manager goes back into the salon another customer comes in to have her dog nails trim they put the dog on the table and started trimming the dog nails and left me sitting there so I got up and left. I have been coming to the Chesapeake Square location six years for grooming, they lost a lot of groomers after the pandemic. The most seasoned person is the groomer manager. Just because you have been there the longest doesn’t make you a manager. As long as she is there I will not trust my Maltese there.
