Very clean store and helpful staff. We usually go there to use the tubs to wash our dogs. This trip was for a betta for our daughter's birthday and they were very helpful with getting us all the products we would need to get our new fish everything it needed to be happy!

First time using the self washing pet station, definitely went better than planned! Awesome option for us, as we were worried about her being mean at the groomers. Can't say she was thrilled but no claws were used. Very easy process on our end and it beats us wrestling her in the shower lol

The dog washing station is awesome. We usually bathe our girl in the tub at home but we're currently recovering from water damage and the bathroom is out of commission. The facility is so clean, they provide you with everything you need and it was stress free. Ruby is a happy girl!

Everytime I go there, the employees are extremely nice and always ask if I need help finding anything. I usually get my dogs treats and toys here. I would get their food there but my dogs are on a special prescription food diet. I believe they don't sell prescription foods, if they do I know they do not sell the kind we need. But overall never a bad experience. Thanks!

They have the worst employee work ethic I have ever seen in my entire life. We were denied service because I left my 11 year old son inside the building with his dog on a leash while I ran outside to get rabie shot records. You have to provide rabies verification and instead of bringing my children and dog back to the car I allowed my son to stand in the store with the pet. I was called a bad mother saying what I did was illegal and badgering me as a parent. They then asked me to leave the store. I have video of the entire incident and racist isn't even the word to describe these ignorant people. I have video recordings of Daisy and the other employee acting 💯 in a discrimatory way. The employees behaviour is disgusting and it breeds racial tensions and hate in their community.At least they saw my comment and other comments about Daisy from other workers. So glad she was fired. Too many people witnessed that incident and stuck up for me. Unbelievable.

I can't remember who helped me because I'm bad with names. But THANK YOU. I went in because I had to change food when my cats got sick and then my older cat refuses to eat what he normally does. I walked in the second time in a week and was welcomed with a "welcome back!" She was very helpful and suggested different kinds of food for sensitive stomachs and ones with no or little fillers. I expected my old man to turn his nose up at the food that she suggested but instead he jumped all over me to get to it and I couldn't get it in his bowl fast enough for him. So thank you for helping me. My kitties thank you too.

2nd time for grooming for my 2 pekapoos and this seemed like a rush job. Uneven cuts that I had to bring it to the groomer's attention. Then, once home, noted matted hair on both dogs, hair around toe beans still long, and longish strands on the belly area. Called them as soon I noticed but have yet to hear from them. Not worth it. I could have just brought them back another day if the groomer was swamped enough not to do a good job.

We had our huskies bathed and groomed here. One of them still had soap all over his head and the other still had a patch of dirt on her chest. Leashes were handed to us and the employees disappeared to the back immediately. When you walk to the back they give you a slip to walk back to the front to pay. They prompt you to tip prior to seeing your furry demons and viewing the services provided.

I just learned that a woman who paid for a discounted bag of cat food was bullied by the "owner" (a man named Scott) and had the food FORCIBLY TAKEN FROM HER VEHICLE because the man claimed it was mismarked and she needed to pay full price. With "customer service" like that, I'll take my business elsewhere in the future.

The owner of this store is absolutely awful! The way he treated both myself and a friend over something that was mislabeled was uncalled for. Lost a long time loyal customer. Not that he cares. Seriously just take your money elsewhere.

Angela helped us find the best food option, honored an expired coupon, looked up my purchase history and returned an item. She has earned a loyal customer, maybe one day she’ll be CEO. We came in by accident honestly on our way to what I thought was Petco when I looked up the nearest pet supply store. We were pleasantly surprised at this store! We were looking for a UV light filter for our aquarium because of an algae bloom. They didn't carry one, but the staff was able to recommend some chemical products they did have as a cheaper alternative which we purchased. Our tank is crystal clear the next day! We even got a few more fish to add to our tank while we were there. The staff was friendly and very informative and while the store isn't the biggest in town like the chains, it has pretty much everything you could need in a really nice and clean place to shop. I will definitely be returning again the next time we need anything. Thank you!

Horrendous customer service. I placed an online order and specified in the given field that someone else was picking it up, and the employee proceeded to argue with my friend that was picking it up for me, saying they didn’t allow that. If it’s not allowed, you need to update your website and remove the option. The manager was BEYOND rude, despite the fact that the order was paid for and the person was clearly listed who was picking it up. At the same time, the manager was also arguing with another customer and talking down to an employee. I only bought from here out of pure necessity, but friends that live close by have been warned that it’s not a place to frequent.

First time ever coming here for grooming my shi tzu and we will never be back. His ears are uneven. They definitely trimmed his nails too close that they are very tender and some how she cut his tail! Like the actual tail!They make you pay and tip before ever seeing your dog. I will never let this happen to my boy again!So now I had to put his Christmas sweater on to hide some of it!Back to the mobile groomers it is!

I went in the store with my 5 month old Yorkie, to buy some cat items I could not find elsewhere. I found out they did walk in nail trims, which I was having trouble doing myself. The manager told me they could do it right then, which was great as I was on my way to work. The manager, Daisy, and the groomer, JoAnn, worked together trimming his nails, and i was able to watch as I did not want him restrained causing him to have a bad experience. Both of them were so kind to him and they did a wonderful job. I cannot say enough about them and the store!! They are both assets to Pet Supplies Plus. Thank you both. Nancy

Really nice staff. The owner helped me over the phone with rewards and setting aside a harness for my new puppy. When I arrived to pick up the harness the next day I was greeted by Daisy who was very nice. We chatted for a bit while I checked out and truthfully she was so sweet and friendly. I explained how I drove more than 30 minutes to get the harness because their store was the only one in the area that carried it. She said how grateful she was on behalf of the store and staff that I brought my business to them rather than another big box store. She also set me up with a store account and explained about points. I appreciate her friendly customer service and it's because of her and the owners help that I will definitely shop there again.

I wish they had more clear guidelines around grooming on their website. I booked an appointment because my dog had escaped and got sand burrs stuck in his fur. I drove approx an hour to get here and they refused to groom him because he had a vaccine the day prior. No where in the booking process did it say this. I understand they want the dog to not be sore but my dog ran the neighborhood for an hour! He was fine. Plus the website didn’t say this or I wouldn’t have wasted my time driving here.

I love this store! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable,and it is possibly the cleanest pet store l have ever been in! The fish tanks are sparkling, every tank is decorated, and l have never seen an ailing fish! I once purchased some rather heavy items, and the owner of the store insisted on helping me carry my things to my truck.l highly recommend this store for all your pet needs!

Great customer service. They had the products I needed & the store hours worked well for me. The cashier noticed that something seemed off & asked me if I was OK which lead into me telling her I had just chased our husky around for 45 minutes trying to get her inside so I could make it to the store before they closed! She asked if I wanted a dog treat to take home, I said not this time after she refused to come in & made me have to beg, plead, & chase Ha! I will be back for training supplies I'm sure!
