Brought my dog Roxie in for a nail trim. She is a very anxious dog who doesn't like nail trims AT ALL! Christina was great with her!! She was able to clip Roxie's nails and I'm so thankful to find someone who is patient with my dog. We will be back in 3 weeks as advised. Thank you Christina!Also, a great store for everything else such as toys, treats and food. They also send great 30%off coupons regularly if you sign up with them.

It was clean. However, we saw 3 employees while we were there. Not a single one greeted us, smiled, waved, anything. They would barely even look up. So many things didn't even have prices on them. Their terrarium plants were all completely dead. There were dead and sick animals. We wouldn't buy a single thing or use a single service here, despite living nearby.

I called to schedule a grooming and whomever answered said I could come in at 1:00 pm, so I did. I came in and asked where the grooming area was for my Shitzu and the girl at the register had no idea what I was saying... spoke Spanish.. then gets manager and he speaks Iranian. I asked " where was the grooming. I made an appt for grooming. I know they need jobs if here legally but putsomeone who understands and speaks English. This is America and we speak English here. I went to to grooming and they said we are full and can not take you. Thank goodness Christina came forward and said I can do it and for my inconvenience gave me a 20% discount. My first visit was not good except for Christina. She did a great job and only will consult with her.. one, she spoke English and understood what I was saying and did a great job. I did schedule every 4 weeks with her ONLY

Had a wonderful grooming experience here with my Newfoundland today. Grooming staff was wonderful! Can't say enough good things about this store.

Hermit crab tank had several dead hermit crabs. Ferrets were not handled properly and fish were clearly sick and the bettas showed many signs of fin rot.Stop animal cruelty.
