This place is awesome had a collar go bad it was two weeks out of warranty . Was told to bring it in for a replacement . To say the least I was very pleased . Went to get collar the young man at counter did not have the best personality but whatever . He did do his job and got me all squared away ! I feel like this business has the best prices you can get hands down 5 star all the way and will defineatly be doing all my dog tracking needs and more here! Thank you outdoor dog supply!!!

I placed a $400 order last sunday. It said online my order had 2 day shipping. Waited all week, and didn't receive anything, not even an email update on my order. I called on the 19th, and asked about my order and the man let me know what I ordered was on back order so I told him it never said anything about them being on back order when I ordered my things and I'd like a refund. He said they would be recieving my item that day, on the 19th and then my order would ship out. So I said that would be fine. Here it is the 23rd and I had to call once again asking where my package is, and the man said they didnt have my item in stock but they would have it today and then my order would ship out (same thing I heard on the 19th). I am so disappointed in this company. This is my very first time using them and I am just overall dissatisfied with it all. Would not reccomend it.

I thought a while before leaving this review. When I called on the phone I spoke to a very nice lady who was very helpful. I happily purchased a collar and planned to drive to the store to have them set it up and purchase some other items . The show was not east to find but understandable. When you arrive, it's not clear where to park or enter the store. Beware, there are lots of nails in the parking area that looks like a parking lot. Once I entered, I was greeted by two gentlemen who just looked at me. When I told them who u was and why I was there. The younger fellow gets up with the look of obvious displeasure. When I ask a question, he mumbles to make sure I understand he is unhappy that vi have bothered him. This was how it was with every item I inquired about. It was so bad my wife, also a dog handler, left say she didn't want to be spoken to that way. I finally let my collar. What a disappointment I was looking for to the same service I got on the phone. Why open a store front and staff it with employees who don't want to be bothered? Doubt I will spend any more money there.

I wanted tough collars with nameplates for my small dogs. Most small breed supplies aren't very strong, since most small breeds are inside-only pets. But we take our Bichons/Malteses to the park, kayaking, and camping. Usually identity tags get covered with dirt and gross.I'm a fan of how easy these are to clean, and how they don't stain the dogs' hair. The material also doesn't mat up the dogs' neck hair like most flat collars do.Shipping was fast, and the collars are very reasonably priced.

Ordered two leashes and two collars 4 days ago on Saturday. On Monday I received a call notifying me that the color I wanted was out of stock, but the woman on the phone was super helpful and helped me pick a new color. I paid for UPS two day shipping due to the USPS delay and it arrive this morning (Wednesday)! Super easy, very friendly, and convenient! Will definitely be ordering from them again!

Highly recommend!! Excellent people!! 5 stars right off the bat because a real person answers the phone when I call. And they are so nice and polite! They are so helpful. We ordered a wireless fence for our dogs. One of the collars in the box didn’t work right. I simply called and they didn’t ask any questions. We’re so nice and told me to send it back. I did. They sent me a brand new one with zero questions or hassle and it was at my door the day after they received my collar back. It was the easiest thing I’ve ever had to do. I will never use another company for any of our dog needs. No charge to me and replaced an item without hesitation. This is an amazing company!

This company feels very sketchy. Ordered something with expedited shipping and still hasn't arrived. No trucking number has been sent to me, only a text saying "your shipping information: expedited shipping".And? Where's the trucking number? Where is my product 5 days later? I called them twice and they said no agent is available to talk to me at the moment, but someone is going to call me back. Just to informe you all, no one called, so I feel like I just lost $500. What do I do first? Call my bank or report this company to cops?

Exceptional prices and exceptional customer service. This was the first time we ordered from Outdoor Dog Supply but it will not be the last. The bundles are great and includes so much more than simply ordering from other competitors which only come with the basic handheld and the tracking collars for the same price. Not only are their prices great but the customer service I received from Trevor at Outdoor Dog Supply was exceptional and professional. I placed my order and was to receive it in a few days, However, due to this Covid-19 dilemma, for whatever reason my package was never received. I notified Outdoor Dog Supply ASAP to let them know that I did not receive my order and contacted FedEx as well (that was fun! the wait times were ridiculous) but long story short, throughout the entire process, Trevor provided great communication and customer service and responded to my e-mails quickly. After about a week of investigation with FedEx, they let us know that the driver did not follow protocol and may be the reason our package went missing. Throughout the entire process, Trevor consistently kept me informed and we are now awaiting our package. This time I had it shipped to a FedEx pick up location and can't wait to receive the package once it comes in.
