Very friendly workers, clean sinks, very organized and they take excellent care in cleaning all size pets. Their prices are very reasonable whether you or the workers wash your pet(s).Very nice treats for the pets and great smelling free cologne/perfume for your pet(s).

After almost a full month. My dogs ears are still pink 😡 I’ve tried numerous attempts to remove this “ permanent “ dye out of her ears and i have no luck. No one even told me would i rather have had semi permanent or permanent or dye added. I didn’t even know there was such a thing. You guys need to do something. Valentine’s Day is over.

Lucky Pups Pet Wash was recommended to me from a family member who patrons them with their curly small dog! I was pleased with Deandra (?sp) in how she had Tinee Fendi too warm up to her before she actually started to work on her grooming! The estimated time was on time that she would be ready & the cost wasn’t bad either! Will definitely return when the time is needed😎 Before/after!

This is a GREAT place to get your pup groomed! There staff is amazing, very welcoming and, when my dog was ready for pickup, I got texted right away. She looked fantastic! I have tried others but this one wins!

Always very kind staff, you can see they are kind to their furry clients as well as the less furry owners! Reasonable pricing, do great work, and appointments are easy to get! They don't take an entire day either so pups aren't locked in a crate for hours either!

This was our first time taking our dog to Lucky Pups Pet Wash! It was so nice. We have a hard time bathing our dog because he is not a fan of the bath but this was so easy! It was convenient to get my dog in the tub and thenput the collar on him so he didn’t move! The soap smelt so good! The staff was friendly and answered any questions I had. This was quick and easy and my dog was cleaned so well! Plus he got a treat and dog cologne! Thanks again lucky pups pet wash! My dog was very happy!!

We have been having our dogs groomed here for a few years ago and can’t imagine going elsewhere! The groomers here are so sweet and really take care of our girls. They actually get excited when we get to lucky pups LOL! The prices are great and they groom the girls really quickly.

I literally started bringing our family dog here Dec 2016. An some of the people that work here will sware to you that the price I paid was not what I paid which was $45. Granted the price not to long stayed around $50-55 for maybe a yr or so. Until my younger sister started taking him. They do a great job on the grooming. How ever our dog has not gotten any bigger and he's only been matted once or twice. We in 2023 have went from $55 to $98 for a dog that's 20 pounds. I like this place but the pricing has gotten past ridiculous. Pets mart is now way cheaper then they are.

My Corgi Puppers after their baths in 2021! They got Easter Bunny ears and were very cute! They sent the photos to me as well.This year they got bandanas that matched them well! The Duchess got Pink Flamingos and Sir Remington got colored frogs!Always great job and always fast! Best part if that if I'm feeling up to it, I can bathe my own dogs, but it's much easier to have them do it and I get to go grocery shopping while I wait. Lol

We wash our "good boy" here & have for years. He doesn't like baths & at 80 lbs. can be a handful trying to hold onto him for baths. The deep tubs here help. The young staff is great, very nice young ladies!

I had a good first experience at Lucky Paws during the week. I took in 3 dogs, groomed 2 myself and let them do the 3rd. The dog they did was wonderfully groomed and I was happy to have found a groomer so close to where we live. The 2nd time was a fiasco. I scheduled two dogs for a bath and groom. They told me the first available appointment was a Saturday, so I took it. The shop was chaotic and I should have left and rescheduled. Instead, I left my 2 dogs. They told me 2 hours. Almost 3 hours later they called and said the dogs were ready. When I walked in the shop, they immediately went and got my male, who is a busy teenager and handed him to me within touching distance of another whole male dog. Bad idea. I pulled him to the side, while they got my poor deaf girl out of a "drying cage" where she was cowering. She is the happiest dog in the world and I was extremely concerned to see how shut down she was. Before I could even touch her they were asking me how she looked. I told them I hadn't had time to look. When I put my hands on her, her neck and behind her ears were so wet that the bandanna and her collar were both soaked. She was matted behind the ears and at the back of her neck. When I called their attention to this they said they would dry her some more but she hadn't liked the dryer. I have *never* had trouble with her and a dryer before. While the girl began to get her set up on a table, my teenager is pulling and barking and it was again a chaotic scene. I told her to forget it, I would take her home and take care of it myself. I pointed out that my male had mats on the inside of his thighs and they advised me that was the "sani area" and they didn't do that. It is NOT part of a sanitary trim. I was very unhappy that they charged me full price for the groom. They replied that they said they would fix it if I waited. I'd already waited nearly an hour longer than they said and changed my schedule to allow for the pickup. I told them they should have gotten it right BEFORE they called me to pick them up. So I took my dogs home, again observing how shut down my sweet white dog was and wondering what the hell they did to her. When I put her up on the grooming table at home, I realized that they had only blown her dry partially, and not combed her out at all. I am an experienced groomer and I know how a coat looks when its dried and not combed. I combed mats and lot of loose hair out of her. The same with my male. They charged me $94 for this fiasco that I had to spend about 45 minutes correcting. I sent the photos that are attached here to them via email and asked that the owner contact me.The owner, Karen Brown, did call me and basically made a variety of excused as to why this happened, up to and including that a bath and blow dry did not include grooming. Having had such a great experience the first time, how in the world was I supposed to expect that my dogs would not be groomed like the first one would? I told her they did a good job on their feet and asked for a partial refund for the rest, which she refused. She would rather have bad reviews online than refund $60. They just did a lousy job and did not own up to it. I will never take my dogs there again. If you have long coated dogs, beware. I wonder how many matted dogs are running around out there because their owners think they were groomed when they went to Lucky Pups.

I've been coming here for about 5 years now. I used to take a person's boxer here at first for diy and nail grinds. Times changed, I rescued my pup, and well learned the hard way at home that he hated baths. My pup is still iffy about his nail grinds (hates his paws being touched), however he is relaxed in there tubs for a diy. The two guys that are usually there and help us are ALWAYS amazing! Thank you to the owner for opening this business, it's been a relief for both of us with these diy services!

Posting a before and after.I have NEVER been so impressed with a pet grooming salon. 1st time going to Lucky pups and I will not go to a different salon. They got his cut how I've wanted it for 2 years now and no-one has ever been able to do it (& he goes fairly regularly to the groomers) I highly recommend this place!!!

First time visit today, exceeded expectations 100%! The staff was very friendly and professional. The service was exceptional. And, personally I thought for the quality of service I received the cost was a bit low. So thank you to the staff and owner for offering such a tremendous value. Only critique and very minor is the amount of hair at the front where you sit and wait. My guess, most people don’t wait and just come back and pick up their pet. So, again very minor detail but wanted to give a full review. I will definitely be back!

First time to a pet “salon”. I had 2 appointments back-to-back for my two 65+/- lb. dogs. The place was small and kind of dark. The person signing me in was very pleasant, asking me what services I wanted. She was also the groomer. I wasn’t asked for proof of rabies shot or other shots. She greeted my dog and took her back to be bathed. My dog Honey did get a de-shed, bath and nail grind, and it was under an hour visit. I was called during her visit and my second appointment for my other dog. Cookie, was cancelled due to the groomer’s illness. I was on my way to pick Cookie up and had to turn around and come back. When I picked up Honey, she looked good, and had a cute bandana tied on. I don’t know what else was or wasn’t included in the $98 price as a different person checked me out. No itemized receipt. They didn’t know what went on or if my dog was sprayed with doggie cologne (the groomer had left) so I added a little cologne myself. My dog was still wet so had a bit of a dog smell (although clean) to get into my car. In all, I found it to be a disappointing experience.Edit: I brought my 2nd pup, Cookie, to Rub A Dub Groomers. What a difference! Nice, bright clean setting, caring staff, checked on shots, took time to “meet and greet” my dog. A good hour and a half later they were done! 1/3 less the cost $$ of Lucky Puppy. Cookie smelled positively delicious! She was a happy pup playing with another pup there. I got plenty of feedback as to how the session went. Happy Happy!

My wife wanted our Golden Retrievers fur trimmed, but she told them not so short that she looks like a Yellow Lab. Well as you can see from the pics our dog now looks like a lion! This is totally ridiculous and I would not have tipped them if I had known she looked this bad prior to. This place was the most expensive we have ever been also $95 (not including the tip)!!!! You can see the trimmer marks on her coat as well. I would have said something when I picked her up if I had known my wife did not ask for this mess. I DO NOT recommend this place period and I will be taking my future business elsewhere. So if you want your dogs to look like complete a$$ by all means take them here.

I got my girl groomed here and they did fantastic! She’s a poodle mix and I was worried but the lady at the front explained how the first visit would go and what to expect. When I picked her up everyone was so nice and she looked so cute! She had bows and a bandana and everything. I would highly recommend them and Buffy can’t wait to go back!Just an update - after taking her there for a year I could not be happier. The staff is always so kind and good to our girl! Our groomer is typically Scott and he does an amazing job every time! Could not recommend them enough :)

My dogs love this place! We use the self-service baths and I always have the groomers trim their nails and they do a wonderful job. It's nice not having to break my back over the tub at home.

My dog was abused there. When I call to attempt to talk to the manager, I keep getting told that she’s not there. The groomer cut off a large chunk of a large mold, made one deep cut on her leg, and about two smaller cuts. They hid her abuse and lied when I picked her up. Unfortunately, I did not see the signs for a couple hours after I picked her up.In addition, customers should pay attention to what they actually charge your credit card versus what they ring up on the cash register. The groomer told me it would be $70 and when I saw the register showing $65, I asked her why the difference. She was, without telling me, charging me $70 but keeping $5 for herself. I had already given her a tip.

I would NEVER recommend you take your pup to get groomed here. I have tried to give them chance after chance and it’s always something, every visit. They are absolutely beyond lazy and HATE dealing with any kind of Doodles! They refuse to brush my labradoodle, instead they shave him down so short. Their prices have gone up and they literally are the worst in the area. They always say my doodle is matted but that’s not the case when he gets groomed every 3 weeks & I take the time to brush him regularly. They are just lazy & always wants to shave him entirely to short, rather than brushing him out.I highly recommend you find someone else who actually cares and wants the best for your pup!
