I purchased a book of stamps, in when I got home realize they are Christmas stamps, went back to the store to exchange , they call the manager and he said nothing he can do,so, I'm stuck with stamps I can't use. This is so upsetting. This is February, why are you selling Christmas stamps.I been going to that location since 2007, but won't be shopping there anymore, poor management.Very disappointed customer

This Food Lion has always been a solid store. Lately though their stock has been absolutely garbage. I know there are supply shortages right now, but the Kroger a few miles away seems to have product on the shelves. Maybe Food Lion could hire a Kroger manager?

The morning staff is great!However, dont expect to be able to get cash back of more than $20 dollars or they will LITERALLY cause a scene about it.I have has multiple issues with associates cutting their light off without telling you. Had my fresh produce put with my meats or chemicals. Produce dumped inside my bags from them literally throwing my stuff in.

The shopping carts stop rolling after you exit the store. The cart would not roll to my car in order for me to unload my groceries. That was frustrating.

I came here to shop passing by. Bought about $170 worth of food. To get home and see my snacks are expired 12/23. Highly disappointed.

The customer service is great. But the fire lanes and handicap parking spaces aren't regulated. While trying to exit on the only exit door, cars block the door due to being parked in the fire lane.

The stores are always clean and organized. I have nothing really negative to say except their choices on times to restock. They’ll have a few isles with restocking taking place during peak shopping times, creating congestion in the isles and impeding shopping flow - first world problems…

Foodlion is always a good place to get what you need in grocery shopping some are better than others but all pretty much the same self checkouts are better I believe much quicker

From the first time I entered the store, I was impressed. The cleanliness of the restroom and the smiling face of the employees throughout the store was comforting. I felt welcomed as if I were visiting someone's home.Thanks! Peace!

Went to get a money order. No one at customer service so the nice cashier went to get someone and the women told her 15-20 minutes and closed the door. They’re in there laughing and talking clearly not doing anything so don’t understand why I would have to wait for them to finish their conversation to get up and do their job. Needless to say I left and won’t be back.

Selection is fairly limited and frequently they are out of very common items such as distilled water. The prices are good compared to other supermarkets and the service is typically friendly. The lines at checkout are occasionally lengthy and it’s slow because of that. Really a basic no-frills supermarket and nothing more.

Staff is very friendly. They just renovated most of the stores so they have a new look which is nice. Prices are moderately higher than than Wal mart and about the same as Kroger. Selection is decent if you need to run to the store in a pinch. They keep the store pretty clean also.

Where do I begin... nothing is EVER in stock. I feel like someone drops the ball every week on ordering stock. The Food Lion only 1.5miles away is always stocked with everything you need.

Food Lion is a low end supermarket. With that in mind, this is a good one. The shelves are always well stocked, the people are friendly and the store is clean. It's very quiet at about 8 in the morning so that's a great time to go.

It's an okay store the lines don't take to long and they have pretty much everything you're looking for unless it's seafood. I like the rewards program it helps you save a little money. The biggest reason I don't like going to this store is you really have to watch out for spoiled food many things on there shelf have expired.

This place is the best super market in the area. Fresh fruits and vegetables, a good bakery and butcher. The wine selection is not the best but I believe that there is something here for everyone. They also have a good selection of products made from turkey meat. I didn't know that was a hard thing to find until I came to Norfolk. There's a good assortment of healthy and not so healthy snacks too. The prices are great, the hours are even better. If you look live in the South Norfolk area this is the supermarket that you need to shop at. The reason that I gave this store five stars is that I am comparing it to the supermarkets in upstate NY. Honestly speaking though, this store is miles ahead of the local competition.

My last trip to this store wasnt very enjoyable when There was a lady sitting by the door eating and I suppose it was her boyfriend or husband asking people if he could buy their groceries for cash. Then as I was leaving the same woman started hacking and coughing and she wasnt wearing a mask. In the time of Covid-19 I find it was very rude for them to be doing that and exposing others to her germs because she didnt cover her nose and mouth when she coughed. It was very upsetting to my child to see that.

This is where my aunt works and I think that they have really great service. I am also a very frequent shopper there. I love all of the products that I buy there because I have never witness ed a problem with them. $$dm cash money :) :)_yeah girl

It was ok, personnel who works in the store see. to be too busy to assist customers. Manager announced that they could only accept cash due to issues with their computer system.
