I use the app I made my list. I find a coupons I clicked them in by the time I get up to the checkout I forget I had coupons Food Lion App remembers for me because I made a list and I cut the coupons within the app so they automatically go on the rewards is awesome. It goes automatically. Also when I’m done shopping and I’m at the cash register all I’m thinking about is getting home. The lines are fastService the cashiers not sure I go on another Food Lion unless I had to Food Lion Atlantic y’all top notch

I like Food Lion, but their customer service with Western Union sucks! If the center is open, then they should have someone there to monitor it; they make you wait and say it's down when they have plenty of people just standing around! It's frustrating 😒!

I went to this Food Lion to get some slice cheese, however the deli was already closed at 6 p.m. The gentleman that was working said they are short staff and could not help me. He was alreadybreaking stuff down and cleaning. That is not my problem you all are short staff. That is why I take my business to Kroger I don't have any problems when I want slice lunch meat or cheese. Very disappointing, that foodlion don't have enough people working in the deli.

This Food Lion makes me want to shop all day! It was very well lit, clean, easy to drive in and out of the parking lot, and usually has great deals especially on the reduced rack!

Love the on sale prices when they have them, Now they have added self check out! That's kinda awesome. I used it today for my self and it went fast and easy. Hopefully it will make checking out a lot faster.

Edit: They added self checkout and the lines aren’t as bad anymore! Thanks for listening to your customers!Lines are always super long, barely any open registers, and no self checkout. Also don’t have everything you need most of the time.

The cashier, Ethan, seemed like he would rather be anywhere else. From his initial scowl, he was either curt or unresponsive. He asked if he could place my bread in the same bag as my frozen goods - to which I replied “no”. From there, he didn’t say another word. He should definitely review his customer service training as well as company policy regarding customer satisfaction.

I usually go to a smaller food lion closer to me, but today I went to this one for selection. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't great. There was one express lane, and one regular lane open. Leaving this poor young lady to a line of upset folks with carts full of hefty purchases. The lines were into the isles and several managers wandering around trying to look busy. The best management jumps in when needed. Team players. It's not beneath them. I get it, the stock wasn't great, the onions looked pathetic. I think they were trying to stock. But it's Sunday folks. A heavy shopping day. The managers should have jumped on some registers to help catch up. More staffing. I'll think twice before visiting again.

I'm a buisness owner, and I believe in treating employees great. Lisa with the dreads or braids that worked July 13, around 9pm. She loudly put a employee in her place in front of everyone. The employee evidently has hoped on someone else's register to help out the line. And a customer paid with cash and the employee took it. As normal procedure. So the young lady got in trouble and disrespected in front of all of the customers and staff. Lisa needs to be taken care of, her bad day isn't her teams bad day. The body is only as strong as it's leader. And this was a poor excuse of leadership.

I go to Food Lion at least 3 times a week. I have to use the riding carts and their is usually a cart for me to use. I can usually find what I am looking for but the price of meat is out the roof.

I know it is here after I wasted all my gas going elsewhere, esp with international Seasonings & Spices. The prices are not bad but very bearable. One Stop Grocery Store indeed. 10 Stars 🌟

I will never step foot in the food lion on great bridge Blvd again!! I went into this store in October and a lady was aloud to bring her dog into the store! So i told one of their associates what was going on and he went to the manager...so instead of the manager telling the lady no pets are aloud in the store she just shrugged her shoulders and said it's okay that's miss whatever the ladies name was! The associate told the manager that me the customer said he will not come to this store again and the manager said o well !! In my opinion as a customer that went into this store on a regular will never go into this again !! Pets should never be allowed into a grocery store period Unless it's a service dog !! Kroger has better service people go there !!!

I myself enjoy shopping at food lion, they keep the stores so neat and clean. If you need help they stop what there during and help you, that's what I call get customer service, if what you want is not on the self they go in the back of the store and look for it. The other stores are nice, but Food Lion have them beat.

I love this Food Lion! The Food Lion on Atlantic Avenue has the worst customer service! I need 2 talk 2 their regional supervisor! Their employees always drop the ball! Their attitudes suck!

That place is always packed.. Its clean and always has great product. But give yourself 40 extra min. To stand in line. People are going to be lined up down the aisles waiting to check out. Just like walmart.
