The older short blk lady with the short cut wig on and she has glasses is rude every time I walk in she doesn’t say hello like every other person does on the registerI’ve been there before and another worker was telling her she needs to greet people at the door and she still doesn’t I purchased bread she thru my bread down on the counter like it was nothing. Not fit for the front register she need to work in the back where no one can see her

Customer service is aiite but my problem is the lack of products on the shelves, i can walk to the store but i drive cus i knw its a chance i gotta go to a diff store nothing is convenient about that

It's ok. Sometimes a bit slow at checkout but it's the equipment. Obvious delay in register and scanning equipment. I believe it's company wide issue.

Every time I go to this family dollar on indian river road. It's a long line sophia works way too slow to be on the RegisterThis happens several time Customers are complaining and walking off the line she's not even trying to move quicker It truly makes me sick

I shop here quite often. I stopped by today for some quick shopping with my mom. The associate greeted us and was super sweet at check out and answered all my needs, she deserves a raise for being so cooperative, you don’t meet a lot of workers like that now a days.I only have one complaint it was 108 degrees today. My mom and I noticed it was unbearably hot in the store so we asked the girl at the front why. She said there is no AC and it’s been like that all summer. Why should these workers that are working by themselves have to work in these conditions in a chain corporate store? Like family dollar doesn’t have enough money to take care of their associates? That is inhumane and I will be calling corporate to complain about making their workers work in a hot store with no AC when their is a heat advisory outside!

I always liked this location. But today it became my favorite. Whoever the manager that just clocked out around 6/630pm on 6/1/21 and made sure to not only tell all her employees have a good night but that she loved them deserves a raise! The fact they all told her the same back, shows the kind of leadership running the store. The employees are always nice , even on a bad day or truck day. And it's rare an item is out of stock.

This family dollar is in a nice, convenient location and most of the staff is friendly and courteous. The place has a tiny bit of an odd smell, and often takes a bit of time to check out even when the store is not as busy. The prices are great for everyday household items, making it worthwhile to stop by if you're nearby.

Really good customer service a lot of places could take pointers from their staff, consistently pleasant. Location went under remodeling and have a larger selection pretty decent for small grabs when you want to avoid larger stores like Target or Walmart

Why is this app tracking where I've been and asking to rate the store I've been too. Its called privacy and I like mine. Feel like big brother is watching me. I'll be sure not to use this app until this is fixed.

Google and the sign says they close at 10pm I get there at 8:33 they have the doors locked and someone in line but tell me they “closing early tonight” it’s a attitude, crazy
