Pharmacy drive thru closed because of staffing issues…that’s CVS management issue and the customers should not be inconvenienced by that. On top of that to come inside and see there are 3 people there and 2 of them just talking. Worst store for that neighborhood. It should have stayed closed when it was a while back.

Would actually be 0 stars but I can’t review unless…Called the store never answered, automated says download app or go online, did that and app says call the store. This has been a merry-go-round that is very unsatisfactory. Something is broken with this process and I am very frustrated. I know this review goes nowhere and will get no results but I can always hope there’s some kind of customer service left out there.

Whenever I go through the drive-thru to pick up my meds, they don't attach my extra care card to it so the prescriptions are not added to the card. This is the 3rd time. They don't ask me for my telephone number or ask me anything. On this particular trip, the girl didn't even say thank you, have a nice day, or anything. Just put my meds into the drawer and opened it, and then left. What kind of customer service is that? I have been coming to this particular CVS for many years because it's very close to my house and job but I feel as if I am going to have to take my business elsewhere.

Campostella Rd store IS SLLLOWWWW in the pharmacy dept. And you hardly ever see an associate. Anybody could walk out with stealing stuff.
