Brought my lawnmower up there to be repaired. Dan came out to take a look at it (their regular repairman had left for the day) and noticed it just needed adjusting! He adjusted it, made sure it was working for me and didn’t charge me a dime! He could have just let me drop it off and I would have had to wait for several days before they got to it. Instead he took the time to make sure I really needed a repair after my dad and I told him the problem. It was really appreciated!!!

If you're looking for something common it's not a bad place. Make sure what you buy has a price on it. I got something with no price on it and the cashier got a attitude because I didn't know the price, and then I had to go get the price while the cashier just watched me.

Great store. Carry a wide variety of items. Very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient to the Chatham area. Would have to go approx. 20 miles to next nearest hardware store. A real time saver for a fix it job.

Would give 5 stars except they forget to reorder smaller parts. Generally pleasant staff. Reasonable prices considering the convenience. For me and most importantly, they understand the need to have a wide selection for the many different projects

ExcellentI had a problem locating the right size belt for my lawn mower thank you tight squeeze hardware for having excellent staff and knowledgeable staff especially Ty he knew exactly what size belt and where it was located in and out 10 minutes with the right size belt and the lawn mower is running great thank you Danny and thank you tight squeeze hardware

Tractor REPAIRED!! I always cringe when having to deal with 'The Warranty' on anything. Our 1 year old tractor choked on us so we called in the warranty on it, and Tight Squeeze was the shop that would handle it. While the diagnosed issue wasn't covered under the manufacturer's warranty, FRICKEN CARB, Tight Squeeze performed the repair at a very reasonable cost. They're a reliable and pleasant crew, and were GREAT communicating through the entire process. We'd definitely go back in the future!

For a "do it yourself" sort of store, it is well stocked. An initial poor experience the first time having to find things on my own, which was difficult for me who is not a "do it yourself" kind of guy. Since have had very pleasant experiences

Spacious place, had lots of stuff, we were looking for concrete blocks, rebar and portland cement. Didn't have the blocks. Service was great.

There were selling a mower to someone and they pretty much ignored me.Guess they only have one salesperson in the mower section. Was there like 10 minutes looking.
