Visited to do the initial shopping for the new apartment. Pretty good variety of items. I would say a number of the clearance items did not ring at clearance prices, so we left them behind.

The store has a lot to be desired. There are only two check out personnel while all the others are self checkouts. I had a $300 order and there was not even a conveyor belt. Items had to be placed on the small checkout area with the main concern being whether or not, I wanted it to be bagged. Really? the grocery item choices are limited. I will not go back to the store if I can help it!

Awesome, Walmart Eye Care welcomed me, treated me like Family, walked me through the proper steps, because I was very apprehensive about having to get glasses. They answered all of my questions in great detail, even helped my Friend & I to pick out my glasses, 5 stars 🌟 all the way, Thank 😊 you

A monument to human stupidity. Drove a half hour there for fabric, found exactly what I needed, exactly. But they sent me home angry and empty handed because not one soul in the building could figure out how to cut and ring out fabric. They literally just shrugged and walked off. Not paid enough to care I guess

No signs stating only cards. I understand no cash. But in this day and age having no wallet card readers, not everyone has a physical card, makes no sense! So enjoy putting back 175.00+ of items. Seems like a big waste to me.

Anytime I try to call them about curbside pickup I get left on ringer for an absurd amount of time. No one ever picks up the phone so if you are doing curbside pick up I suggest going to another place instead or just doing delivery from another store.

I ordered a footstool online. It arrived promptly and was of good quality but not the right color for my purposes. I re-packaged it perfectly and got a return label to take to Walmart and return it. It took almost a half an hour waiting in line, but I finally handed it over, along with the label I was sent. I just received an email this morning telling me the item I returned did not match the item I ordered and the charge for it was going back on my card. I am furious, and bewildered about what to do.

The store manager here was more than curt. Originally, my thoughts on the interaction were leaning more towards aggressively rude.I returned an $8.00 item with my original receipt. Requested cash instead of a walmart gift card/store credit. The incredibly polite, helpful customer service employee said she could not do as requested, but I could ask the manager. When he got to the counter, he told me that they did not give cash back & would only give me store credit. When I stated that I had been able to do so previously, on an equally inexpensive return, I was told "we are not a bank" along with a couple of other snarky things. He then proceeded to try and figure out who had done my previous cash return so he could, I assume from his spectacular people skills, punish them.It's not what he was communicating. It's the way he communicated. It's already difficult enough to ignore the feeling of losing a piece of my soul every time I walk into a walmart. Here's hoping he is no longer a manager.Pass.

Completely different than the Walmart I used to know and love. Instead of the welcoming feeling they used to have your now treated like a thief. Imagine being a paying customer at an establishment your entire life and them returning that favor by searching your basket at the door, changing to hours that are un convenient, refusing to do a return during business hrs and having rodents run the bread aisle. Guess I’m go to target from here on out.

Fairly good customer service, the place is under renovation currently, but stock isn't as good as the Ruckersville location; they tend to leave certain things in low stock for a while before putting more on the shelves.

Everything is clean and the shelves are well stocked. There was a line at both self checkouts and the two open registers but they went relatively quickly. They might have been short staffed as there were loose carts in several aisles of the parking lot from customers too lazy to put them in a corral.*Update* still seem to be short staffed, but store is still clean. Register lines moved quickly, and they're getting ready for Valentine's day, not Easter like some other stores! I like that they still have the game demo area, it helps my daughter see if a game is worth spending her money!

They charge you 5 cents for a bag and then try to check your receipt as you walk out the door! Guilty until proven innocent....

Had sort of what I needed but not exactly. Was able to make it work. Needed a small size camping fuel cannister but they only carried the mid size. Still fit side pocket

Just picked up my new progressives at Walmart and I luv em 👍🏼😄.Big thanks to Big John in the optical department who took the time to measure multiple times to get me the best fit and widest possible reading area. He was really phenomenal! I had gotten my last pair of progressives a year ago at University Eyecare and even sent them back once to get them redone, but they never did get it right. So I had to use old pairs of military-issued glasses for an entire year. Now I'll be able to just keep these on my face all the time and feel great! Walmart has a way better selection of frames too, so you don't need to waste your $$$ on overpriced name-brand frames when there are plenty of nice ones you can get for less. John made a few recommendations but I never felt pressured for any brand. He was very knowledgeable and gracious--just fantastic customer service. I'll be going to Walmart for all my next glasses from now on!

Great store. The “curbside pick up” has collapsed in recent weeks—it taking an hour to get groceries bought to the car after email notification to say that they are ready.

This is Walmart. I don't know what you expect a review to have about this place but I'll put some words down to get a detailed review and the points that go along with it. Oh, and also, smash that like button so we can all increase in our worthless Google local guide rankings. Peace out. By the way this is an older store and is declining.

Walmart is something for everyone. Daily groceries, outdoorsmen, gardening, clothing, you name it! Some of NEPA finest shop here, no pun intended. You’ll see it all, local professionals, to people not wearing much pants. Parking lot is a lot of fun, herds of people flooding into the super center as to get the advantage to check out, which is automated now. Come all, shop all.

It's a very busy store practically all week long. It has new morning hours now so it opens around 6:am Monday - Saturday and Sunday at 10am. And thay need help so if you need a job you might consider working there.
