I absolutely love shopping at Trader Joe's! The employees at this particular location are incredibly friendly and helpful, and they do a fantastic job of keeping the store clean and organized. Despite the fact that I have to drive 45 minutes to get here, I make the trip every week because the experience is so enjoyable. I really appreciate the hard work that the Trader Joe's team, including the management, puts in to make this store a great place to shop. I think they should take the time to celebrate and appreciate the fantastic workers here.

I don't think I have anything bad to say about trader Joe's! Lots of great and unique food options! Best thing is definitely the dark chocolate Reese cups! Great prices for really cute cards and a good deal on flowers as well! Lots of unique treats and meals!

Superb selection and even friendlier associates! We were looking for the $1.29 advent calendar that was sold out on the floor and a helpful associate stopped to help us and restocked them from the back. I was so thrilled to find these darling items.

Trader Joe's is a trading post filled with surprisingly good deals! I bought the mandarin orange chicken for $5 because a friend recommended it. Delicious, a good amount of food for the price, and worth every penny! The employees were cold but professional, and the store itself was cold but clean. I enjoyed looking around at all the choices and new things I had never heard of before. Whole Foods was down the street and was so overpriced and underwhelming in comparison. Next time I'm in Charlottesville, I'm definitely stopping by Trader Joe's once again!

There are so many great products. Well worth the drive over the mountain for us. Frozen section is awesome! Simple ingredients in the frozen pie crust - try it, it's better than home made! Frozen gnocchies are the best! My daughter loves the frozen mac n' cheese - even a "light" option. Produce is great, too.Staff is friendly and fast at the checkout.

Was extremely busy but no lines at check out!! They know how to get people in and out. Employees helpfull and working hard to keep everything stocked! Great place to go for something quick or for your weekly grocery shopping..you will not be disappointed

I‘ve been going to TJ very long time and always had pleasant experience. However, I’ve had a bizarre experience at this particular location. On 5/4/24 around 8pm, I went to this TJ to grab couple items and went to register to check out. I stood in the line at the second register from the exit. A girl helped an old lady ahead of me and I was waiting my turn. Once she finished, we had a brief eye contact but she just neglected me and tried to leave her register awkwardly. I thought her shift was over so I looked at the other register next to hers and a guy, who saw me I was waiting to be checked out, didn’t even try to help me but kept glancing at me pretending doing something. I was kinda surprised at their customer service skills. At the end, a guy who was mopping the floor told her that she has a customer and she reluctantly helped me. It was not even closing time and I was certainly not happy with how I got treated at this TJ. Probably not going back.

Checkout lines are always fast, staff is phenomenal, as are the offerings.. we always take extra time in the frozen food and always find something new to try. Some great offerings to help make week day dinners easier. Seasoning blends are great, snacks, sauces. We find some produce we can't find elsewhere, but the basics to be priced pretty high as well as with cheeses. Stick to getting those basics elsewhere outside of here or there, or for special events.The store is VERY busy on the weekends, and you risk being hit with a cart by a member of the "Spandex Mafia" if you linger by an item too long. If you aren't familiar with TJ's, I'd recommend going at a less busy time during the week to really look at everything they have. It's a lot to take in since most of their products are their own house brands.

I love shopping at Trader Joe’s and this is the closest one to where we live. It is always very crowded and I feel like I have to base jump from one section of the store to the next, but they offer so many great things that I enjoy. Store is always tidy and clean, employees are always super friendly and helpful. Parking lot is pretty much a nightmare but there is free parking here.

What's not to love about a Trader Joe's? Obviously everyone agrees, because it's always so busy. But the cashiers move people through like champs with a smile and fun shirt. Take my money!

First time at this location. It lacked a lot to be honest. They were out of more then a dozen items I asked for around store. The succulents & Lilly's however are gorgeous, that's why it's not a 1 star. Guy was nice that rang me up but sloppy bagging unfortunately. I had to repack it soon as I walked away.

I love the Trader Joe’s ! I do 90-95% of my weekly shopping there. The prices are incredible compared to other grocery stores in the area. The store feels bright and happy and is always a pleasant shopping experience. Thanks TJ!

Had a great amount of food and products. Why I won't come back is because of the looks that my husband and I received. We bought ribs and were questioned about why we were there. We ended up just leaving.

Came in around 7. Store was low on bread options and the guy was nice enough to stop what he was doing and go grab more!Then when we got to the line the cashier was SO AWESOME. I believe her name was chasidy she definitely made my daughters night!!

Pretty nice store but the 1 thing that's a pain is how they don't have a gluten free section. It's all just randomly mixed in throughout the entire store. Really makes it hard for those new to that diet.

Trader Joe's customer service never fails to be great. The staff are always ready to assist you and the variety of food & beverages don't disappoint. I even purchased a plant from there that's still going strong.

I only buy my fresh flowers here. They last longer and are very fresh. I bought flowers from another store my husband said they didn’t have fragrance. Only buy here! My choice of flowers smells amazing!

This is a very busy store, staff are everywhere for your questions and answers! Items are seasonal, like pumpkin purée which I prefer year round, some produce items were out of date! Returns are welcome too, bathrooms are clean as well!!

I love this place. Amazingly good values on everything from seafood to veggies, plus a wide range of unique options under the Trader's Joe's label. Their imported organic coffee is spectacular, and their wine selections are priced for guzzlers like me. But the absolutely best thing about this place is the people who work here — they are uniformly helpful, friendly, and professional. Grocery shopping here is a rare pleasure — it reminds me of the good old days when grocery stores were smaller, and you knew everyone inside by first name.
