This Target store offers a great experience for me every time. The shopping (Papyrus cards, ink cartridges for my printer, books, picture frames, candles, laundry detergent, etc) are always available. The customer service is a pleasure to work with. Their return/exchange policy is a breeze. Love that. Glad this store is so convenient. Can visit in cases of a "quick need." (It's right across the street). The store is clean and bright. I like that. Thank you for being available and friendly at checkout.

Whoever planned this store missed the target by a mile. Several miles in fact. The store is enough out of the way to make it a total inconvenience to shop here. Not only that, but it is the ONLY Target I’ve ever seen that has a 9pm closing time. Even Waynesboro’s Target has a 10pm closing time and Charlottesville has triple the population. I will never understand that.I know you can’t move the store but for the love of god, change your hours.Otherwise, it is a Target, so it’s good.

Yeah I worked here and during my training my husband was literally a victim of a shooting and management and HR was disgusting about me calling out of THREE SHIFTS to care for my husband and his THREE LITERAL BULLET WOUNDS and basically said if I called out again I was fired leaving me without a job while my husband was recovering and also unable to work. So just keep that in mind that’s how they treat people who work for them.

Really nice cashier last night at register 6. She took the time to find out where cloth masks were located in the store and then directed me to the correct area. Was also very friendly at checkout.

I sincerely wish that I had a Target closer to my home. I used to be a faithful Target shopper when I lived elsewhere. Now that it is at least a 1/2 hour drive to get there, I don't get to shop at Target as much as I'd like to. This Target is a "super" Target? Not sure if that is what it's actually called, but it has groceries as well as all the other goodies.This Target is clean, well lit, and staffed by very nice and professional people. One of my favorite things to do at any Target is to shop their clearance! You can find great deals at their various sales and clearance areas. I highly recommend you shop them.I also really like Target's brand. They make some very good snacks. I am a fan of the "trail mixes" but be careful, as some of them are disguised candy! So if you're buying for your children, I would stay away from the more candy oriented trail mixes.All Target's have great selections in makeup, skin care and hair care. I feel it's hit or miss when it comes to their clothing. They also have really great things for your home. All at good prices. Definitely recommend...

We enjoy shopping at this Target when we are in Charlottesville. The store is always clean, neat and organized. I would have given five stars except only one register was open while there was a long line at self checkout kiosks. There were many employees stocking groceries and other areas. It might be a good idea to cross train some of these employees on the register so more customers can check-out in a timely fashion. A good visit overall.

This Target location, like any other target, is clean and carries good quality items. However, unless you know target carries a particular item you may be looking for bef, there is a chance they don't have something. They're definitely more selective in what they stock, then Walmart is. I did purchase an item which was listed for $120 on the rack but the same item was displayed for $100. When I asked about it, they honored the lower price.

Let me preface by saying this store is super clean, well organized and a pleasure to shop in and employees before this last experience have been wonderful. However, I just had a VERY STRANGE occurrence happen.A few days ago I made a purchase at checkout with two gift cards. One card was empty afterwards and the other had a balance left on it. The girl at checkout gave me back ONE of the cards. Today, I went to use the card she handed back to me only to find that it was the empty one.I called customer service and it turns out that the gift card that had the balance left on it is now empty and was used in Texas!?!? Target has opened an investigation on it.I don't know if this is some kind of scam going on or what, but if you ever use a gift card at the register make sure to watch what you're being handed back.

It is what it is.. a Target. The store seemed overall well stocked and we found everything we needed and then some. Overall, I found this stores layout fairly easy to navigate.While I’m usually the last person to use a public bathroom, I am docking one star as I went to wash my hands and found only 1 soap dispenser half working and the other fully empty.In the post-pandemic world, I cringe at the thought of how many staff or customers bypassed washing their hands because of the state of the bathroom.

Terrible customer service from Freshta and Lauren (claiming to be the manager, even though that was not true). Blatantly lied that they couldn’t check out less than ten items at the customer service counter. The store was ridiculously packed with ONLY 2 cashiers and my child needed a diaper which I told them was the only reason I went to customer service thinking they would be helpful. Do not recommend this location or these unhelpful workers. Freshta please learn common courtesy by not being rude to customers that ask you to do your job.

Very nice Target! Always clean and well stocked compared to other Targets in Virginia. Wish they would staff the check out lines better. But they enlarged the self-check out. I guess that is just a sign of the times. Just a personal thing. I try to support the worker! The recent remodel gives a nice fresh look to the store as well.

I did an on line order for pick up. What a mess. When i got to the store the app said ot was out of stock and no one could figure it out so i went home then got a text tjat said the order was ready for pick up so i went back and they did have the item. If the app works great but if not the employees are clueless to figure it out. Also if you ate shopping for something in the store on line if it is not in the store you can't buy it but if you go to the target web site directly you may be able to order for free delivery but dont sign into the app until the item is in your cart and you are ready to check out.

,I’m having difficulties when ordering for pick up online. I have been checking twice a day for the following product good and gather half-and-half in a 1/2 gallon container and both times online it stated that the Charlottesville Virginia store had it in stock. When I ordered it and then went to the store to pick it up. I received a notification that it was out of stock. I have been checking for this product for 12 days twice a day. I cannot get an answer if they are still caring this product at target or not, or why this item is consistently out of stock. It is so frustrating when you’re having to drive 25 minutes to the store and find out the last minute it’s out of stock. Would appreciate any advice, so this does not happen again.

Its pretty sad that they have to let employees go due to the fact that they either get hurt on the job or get sick during work. They need the help so extremely bad and yet they let people go so easily. They play favorites with there employees. They are treated like pawns just so the ETLS and the SD can sit in their offices all day and flirt and not do anything. Employees that can stay on their phones for a huge duration of their shift and people that can CALL IN SICK ONCE A WEEK AND NOT GET IN TROUBLE. Don’t work for this store and don’t work for the company. They will treat you poorly. Even if you’re physically hurt they will force you to do every single thing that involves hard labor. They dont care about the employees, only what kind of coffee they’re gonna get at starbucks. Screw this place and screw everyone that works there. They only treat the “favorite” employees well and let them get away with anything

No hassle and no questions asked. The item didn't fit, the lady was lovely and friendly, and the cash went back on my card. Nice. I also noticed that Target have stepped up their game regarding a wider range of sizes and styles in those sizes. Bravo Target - keep it up!

Absolutely the worst customer care . I provided payment for a item that was not the item I was looking for. Kelly voided the transaction. When I realized the payment was processed I called and advised by Tammy to give it 3 days . Day 4 arrived at Store spoke with Caleb who offered me the 1-800 number . 2 hours later nothing they can do . I have to dispute the charges with my bank. After being treated like I was trying to hustle the 102$ . This is absurd Warning to all who use Credit Cards . Make sure the associate does. NOT void . Better Yet with there historical credit card issues Shop elsewhere.

Target as a company itself is great love it. Management needs a huge upgrade. Manager Tony is one of the rudest, behaving people I have ever met. He talks to others as if they have NO brain. along with a FEW other managers that tag along with that mindset. (Mostly all) Please if you think about working here think about wether or not you want to risk yourself from going into overdrive and do not expect to be rewarded unless you behave like them. I am usually one to not complain but this place needs a corporate visit ! By far one of the worst places I have ever worked.
