The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I really didn't know what I was looking for and they helped guide me through their products so that I could understand what I was purchasing and if it was right for me. Awful awful awful. Avoid at all costs. Hidden leaf down the road has a much better selection. It’s a straight scam. Displaying beautiful nugs of flower then selling you straight lows. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Overpriced awful trash!

Not impressed.This store contributes to gang violence showing up now at adjacent Rapture.Is it worth it to this city to risk safety of it's many local citizens for weekend riff Raff from another town ?Those bottles they drop aren't ordinary but THC laced so I got my 411 on sourcing.Theyve unleashed even more wreckless endangerment slobs to the mall.

Good place with decent products. I wanted to write this review to inform the consumer that this is NOT a real dispensary. Yes they sell flower/edibles/carts but they are all THC-A products, not actual weed. I understand that the internet will say that if you burn THC-A it turns into delta 9 - but as someone who is an avid smoker - the THCA flower has a slightly off taste and is not as potent compared to its delta 9 counterpart. All products sold at this establishment are protected under the 2018 farm bill - meaning they are legal in like 48 states. It’s not a true dispensary - you can buy the stuff they sell at this store in most states legally. I just wanted to write this review to inform the consumer like me - who assumed that due to the ban being lifted on the drug in years past would warrant legit dispensary’s as seen in CA/CO - but does not seem to be the case . And I don’t want to take away from the store at all - just find it funny how they set up the store like a very legit dispensary and are selling items you can buy at some gas stations. 😂

A+ for this dispensary located on Charlottesvilles Downtown Mall. Staff is professional, and the gal that helped me on the 15th of November was friendly and knowledgeable on the products being sold. The place is immaculate and efficiently run. I am very pleased with my purchases made that day: loose leaf, vape cartridges, sweet rolls, and a Habit peach flavored drink that is aWeSoMe! For anyone who may have mobility issues, you can park in the Market Street garage, and Skooma is on the same side and a couple of blocks down. Now, we need a Skooma over here in the Shenandoah Valley, please & thank you!

Best glass pipe I have ever bought from a store! It was hand-made, which was immediately obvious due to its bulk and design. What makes it special, is the design of each orifice. It’s a high-volume, easy draw pipe for big hitters. No wimpy long draws with this pipe! It has the simplicity of a little pipe, but hits like a well-tuned bong. Seems solid compared to most glass pipes. I’ve been looking for this pipe for 50 years. Unfortunately, I forgot the name of the artist who made this gem. Would love to say thanks. Next time I’m in C’ville, I’ll buy two more!

I’ve visited Skooma a handful of times since their opening this summer. And more frequently recently! First of all, theres an experience and elevated atmosphere when you walk in. You’re immediately greeted by a knowledgeable and friendly salesperson, who know their products & actually use them themselves! Second, their display of products is like none other around. They have everything from bath bombs & dog treats, to unique glassware, and pictured their edible & vape cases.Today, Josh was a wonderful help selecting the right edibles for me & provided me great service as well. I really enjoy this dispensary & am definitely a highly satisfied customer!!

I had to come on here and leave a review for these guys. Bought just a 1/2 gram preroll of their sativa Strawberries & Cream and it was legit! Some of the most perceptive green I've ever smoked. So glad I found this place!

I had a great experience at Skooma today! Our budtender was awesome, knowledgeable, and offered great recommendations! Me and a family member are dealing with chronic pain (RA and trigeminal neuralgia). The vanilla lavendar moisturizing lotion 4000mg full spectrum CBD is a game changer for us. It started working within minutes and is lasting for hours (9 hours after application and still going strong, we were not expecting that.) I will absolutely be recommending Skooma to my coworkers and friends.

Cannot say enough good things about Skooma. Went in last night with a vape pen that was no longer working. I just wanted to see if it could be fixed or if I needed to purchase a new one; they straight up just replaced it. The woman who helped me was friendly, helpful and kind (and instantly befriended my dog). The highlight of my day.

To call this a wonderful addition to the Charlottesville area would be grossly underrated. I LOVE this place and all of the staff. Please forgive me if I miss anybody, but shout out to both David’s, Josh, Althea, Maya, Winston and all the staff there - they are AMAZING! My very first trip to this store I had a lot of questions, all of which were explained thoroughly, in detail, with a majority of my questions being addressed before I even had an opportunity to ask them. I do not have enough good things to say about this establishment. As someone who works in customer service, I can confidently say that Skooma is a 5-Star, Slam Dunk recommend! Thanks, Skooma!

Went with a friend and she got some items. One was missing but we went back the next day and they gave her the missing item. Decent enough place to find something. Workers were kind and did their best to help as well. Haven’t tried the products yet, but seem decent enough according to my friend. We did say the vape product was not strong at all for her.

Great little shop with some really good products. Only issue I had was one of the bad days carts that I bought had an air bubble that wouldn’t go away, even after a few puffs, which caused me to burn the coil in it rendering it basically unusable now. So I don’t know what to do with it now. Other than that I haven’t had any other issues.Edit: Just called them and told them what my issue was and they told me I could come in a exchange it! If that isn’t great customer service, then I don’t know what is!

She made some wonderful recommendations and was a delight to talk to. It's a little like performance art. They wear actual lab coats like they're doing something scientific. The gas station I get my delta 8 carts from isn't nearly as professional. They have a great set up for when Delta9 starts selling, but right now it's a pointless store with pointless costumes.

I went to Charlottesville, Virginia on my birthday. I brought their Delta 10 ($40 Skywalker OG). For context I am a medical patient in Virginia with a doctors prescription. I know what I am talking about. I have been consuming for 15+ years. The Delta 10 had an extremely bitter after taste. The effects did absolutely nothing. (EDIT) I had someone who tried my product said the exact same thing i did. They agreed. I was very polite but wouldn't give me a exchange for the same value or a store credit. They didn't want to make it right. These people sell subpar products and think they can get away with it. They wear lab coats like they are professionals they aren't. No empathy, no compassion they just care about money not their products or customers. They tried blaming the Delta 10 itself not their products. They should be ashamed of themselves. Once again it is in Charoltesville a college/tourist town. They think it is fine to rob people. Think twice before visiting them if you are seeing this.
