First time at a Sheetz. It was a nice facility. Pretty clean and orderly. Ordered some sandwiches and a shake from there. They took a little bit to make, but they were good. Food was customizable with a fair amount of options. Prices were affordable. I’d go back for a quick bite in a pinch.

Kind of cool that we've got a new Wawa and Sheetz on different sides of the street competing for business. I like going to Sheetz to get grilled chicken, which they don't offer at Wawa. Sometimes I get the grilled chicken sandwich, which I really like with red onions, and sometimes I'll go for the Chicken Snack Wrap. It's great getting an occasional reward, like a free drink, through the Sheetz app as well.

They gas was high but store was clean and parking lot of course was great as well fantastic employees who was handling they handle while working the customer lines super happy awesome experience

UPDATE!12-19-2023From A Delivery Driver:This store doesn't use safety seals for food or drinks!Unsanitary & Unsafe!I recommend Wawa across the street.They safety seal food & drinks!UPDATE!08-30-2022WOW!What a difference from the grand opening.Had 2 rude cashiers in 2 days.The black guy on 2nd shift & the older white lady on 1st shift.I guess that's why their ratings went from 5 to 2 so fast.1st day!Everything was smooth!Food was hot and didn't have to wait.

Update:12-28-20235;45 P.M.Ordered a combo and the 2 hot dogs were as cold as the fountain drink that I put ice in.I never had that to happen when the manager fixes them.Food like that,I see why Wawa is busy at this time of day.The black guy needs to be more courteous to people who look like him.I've watched him on several occasions.Treats and talks to caucasians differently.DONT GIVE ME NO MADDOG LOOK!HE NEED TO LEARN TO RESPECT HIS ELDERS!

This place is run by the biden administration....nothing going on. They have nothing but foreigners that don't understand double the meats EVERYTIME. Also 3 people watch a guy make a sandwich that can't read... the soda machine never works, menu never has anything, quality of food does not resemble the pic of the food. EVERYTHING HERE SEAMS ON A BUDGET GIVE U JUST A LITTLE. NOT LIKE SHEETZ IN STUARTS DRAFT GO ACROSS THE STREET 2 WAWA.

Cashier never made eye contact with me since he was busy texting and didn't give me a receipt. When I asked for a receipt he responded with "You too." since he wasn't listening and thought I said "Have a good one" or something. Also all three self checkouts were down...

Consistent mistakes with orders though usually minor and can be overlooked. Recently ordered a sandwich and everything was wrong. Brought it back and the supervisor on duty, Duane, was very apologetic and corrected the issue. He cared that the order was wrong and made it right. Great service.

I am a regular to this location and every time I walk into this Sheetz Halo and the rest of the crew are always eager to help and make the Sheetz experience a 5 star experience!! Don’t know what’s better the food or the service!

Nice store but they frequently get your order wrong or forget to give you half of your food. Today my sub was just meat and cheese (missing 3 ingredients) and the quesadilla was meat and cheese rolled up in a tortilla. They gave me a new quesadilla but I should have checked the sub too.

The TURKEY handing me my sub messed up my order so bad that I thought it was the end of the world. I asked for a receipt and he said "Hold on" and sat on his phone. I then walked out hoping a piano would fall out of the sky and on his head. What a mutant he was.

Always love to see it's right next door to my house only if you guys had is the computers doesn't tell the employees when you select your cigarettes on the screen that is I am a smoker it only tells them not a menthol or menthol perse I smoke Newport red and the computer just displays non-menthol knowing you have two types of non menthol gold and red it still confuses the employees and they end up grabbing menthol and quite frankly it's not fair for them cuz then they have to do extra work when they do great work in the first thanks have a great day

The workers are horrible they refuse to help you and when you mobile order food they don't make it until you tell them you made a order and if your in the drive thru they refuse to come to the window and make you sit there for the longest time the gas pumps always filled with trash all over the place they have the music blasting extremely I mean extremely loud as heck when your pumping gas you almost need ear muffs the absolute horrible sheetz I've ever been to I recommend do not ever go there

Very nice new Sheetz with a drive thru, coffee and milkshake bar, car wash and lots more. I am an Uber driver and I always say Sheetz is my 2nd home...Charlottesville is by far my favorite new location.

Subs suck!!!!! Two people should not be making one sandwich! Sandwich isn't uniformed at all! The worst I've ever seen, and I blame management for this! Money is being wasted when you can have a skilled or above average sandwich maker! NEVER AGAIN!
