My cocker spaniel has been groomed at this location for two years. She has a condition called cherry eye. Today suddenly the salon manager says they don't work on dogs with this condition. This AFTER I come in for her appointment. Their notes are incomplete so she "didn't know her full medical history." Now suddenly no one is "qualified" to do even a basic body clip and toenails.Extremely disappointed with this level of customer service.

I've taken my dog Scooter in twice so far to have his nails trimmed, and the associate Tonya S was absolutely amazing. She was very patient and understanding with my skittish dog, and did an excellent job.

Head's up, this is typically a great salon but right now they're closed on Tuesday and Wednesday temporarily due to staffing issues. Found this out after driving 30 minutes to get there; hopefully they'll update Google with their temporary hours so other people don't have to waste an hour of their day & gas. Or at least put a physical sign, currently they have no notice about their temporary hours, you have to ask an employee.
