They accommodated my very sloppy westie for grooming on the same day I called, right before Christmas. They groomed her exactly the way I asked them to. The employees were friendly and pleasant even though it was obvious they they barely had the time to be, it was so busy!!! I would definitely recommend them to my friends. The picture of my westie girl is in no way a critique of the job they did, she doesn't stay still for pictures, so that's the best I could get. They trimmed my other girls nails even though they were beyond busy. My pups were Christmas ready thanks to the groomers here.

Not recommend for anxious pups. While our girl was in the kennel waiting for her treatment she injured herself and was unable to receive services.

My new puppy was in need of a beauty shop visit. Most local groomers had a wait list and she needed a puppy haircut asap. We went to Jake at PetSmart and he was fabulous. He was gentle and calming to our anxious Shishon.

They did a great job. Jake took care of our little special needs girl and she looks great. He was kind and gentle. Ellie took care of our other girl who bounced around like Tigger. Both girls were in desperate need of a good grooming. We will be back. Thanks guys

Rachel was a joy to work with and willing to do anything special we asked . Even our vet commented how good Benny looked!

I couldn't get the lady on the phone to give me a quote on bathing a cat. She literally asked me if I could do it myself. Not really sure if I spoke to someone in house or a corporate scheduling service but either way it was embarassing. I just wanted a ball park on how much it cost to give a cat a bath.
