I was late but they made a way to still see her. The groomers were great with my puppy Lexi. She didn’t go in smelling good but came out smelling great! The staff was kind and courteous plus explained what was the best package for Lexi’s grooming needs. I will definitely be back not only with Lexi but with our other two dogs in the future.

I have been coming there for about a year. First the groomer I was using kept canceling or rescheduling. Then I was cheated out of my rewards called customer service and it was never fixed after I was told it would be fixed! I was able to get another groomer that quit without any word to her regulars that she was Leaving! I now have another groomer that I like. Her schedule isn’t very flexible but we are making it work. She is nice and does a good job. If I have anymore issues I won’t be returning.

The haircut was great! My dog looks wonderful. The groomer was very nice and friendly and she paid attention to how I wanted my dog's fur to look and she did exactly as I asked. She is very talented. Also, Petco price is much lower than PetSmart since they raised their price for grooming. That's why I switched.

They could not been nicer my smallest yorkie is difficult to groom - he snapped at them but they gently persistent and got it done. My other 3 are easyThey looked nice after they were done . The nails are a great length and smooth- they had gotten really long. I wish they had scented shampoo so they smell clean longer.

the woman grooming my dog was great. super friendly and very good with my dog. i liked her a lot. i'm just wondering if i should find an option which doesn't take as long or someone comes to my home because my dog gets so stressed. but it's not a reflection on the service.

Austyn did such a good job with my dog, Parker, today! I told her about his anxiety issues and I love how she actually listened to me and reassured me that he would be okay. She told me that they would take a longer time with him so that they could ease him into the grooming process (he’s never been groomed before). I really appreciated that suggestion. I ended up getting back to pick him up about 10 mins early and I looked through the window and saw Austyn giving Parker lots of kisses (which he happily returned!)! I was so worried when I dropped him off but now I know there is no reason to worry because these groomers actually care about the animals that are in their care. It was so nice. Parker was excited to go home but made sure to say goodbye to Austyn before we left. SO HAPPY! I will be back! 10/10!

Jess did a great job with our dog, Marley. This was Marley's first time being groomed and he was a difficult challenge for her! But in spite of his antics, Jess was still able to do a really nice job.

Because of the service I get from Austyn C the groomer at Petco in Charlottesville, Va. is awesome. She is so personal with my dog. She know exactly how I want him cut and she cuts it the same each time. When I take my dog there he seems to know where he's going. He is always glad to see her.

I really like coming to Petco for grooming. Austyn always goes above and beyond for Sophia. Miss Sophia is not always the most cooperative but Austyn always has her looking her best when she leaves. :) I also love how caring and genuinely concerned for her well being she is.

Austyn (sp) is the only groomer that I have used for Finley since he was a puppy. She knows that I like his hair longer, but also decides when he has to be cut short. I trust her completely and Fin loves her.
