This store is always clean and organized and the animals sold here always seem well taken care of. The staff / customer service is hit or miss, but I’m usually in and out to get dog food when I forget to order it from Chewy. They come handy in a pinch!

I find this pet store particularly nice in regards to what it offers within a smaller footprint. Their rewards & coupons program is competitive and saves me a lot of money. Their services are consistent and they provide a walk-in bathing area for dogs. This is my preferred pet store for everyday purchases in the area.

A nice friendly place with your basic pet supplies. Staff is very helpful. If you shop online with them and pick up in store, you can often save significantly. One of the better places in town for purchasing fish and supplies.

We get our weak stomached dog's food here. They have a great selection of all sorts of brands for all sorts of dogs. You know the drill. They also have food, toys, beds, cages and accessories for all your pets. The automatic door going out is also very handy went lugging 50 pounds of kibble.

This store use to be my favorite! Unfortunately this location is no longer stocked well,has issues with handling special orders and the professional,knowledgeable,pleasant and always helpful employees that I have grown to appreciate over the past four to five years are no longer there! I would travel forty five minutes to this store passing several other pet store and pet supply shops as I could easily purchase everything that I required for my Precious Fur Babies in one stop however this unfortunately is no longer an option as the past three to four months have proven extremely difficult to get hardly any of the quality or quantity food and supplies that I need,even special orders are not available in a timely manner or they say that they aren’t able to get to the items because they have yet to unload the truck or stockroom to see if the items are even there! They now provide you with coupons that you aren’t able to use for one reason or another and have implemented new rules as to how you can use the rewards that you’ve earned by supporting them. I am thoroughly disappointed with almost everything about this store now and if improvements aren’t made soon I will have to find another location or store to shop from. 😞

I came to get my dog washed and the staff communicated well and told me there would be a wait. I got there at 9:10 on a Saturday morning and I had to wait 30 minutes to get a dog wash station. There are only two stations and I got stuck with the lower one so my back was on fire by the end from having to bend down to bathe my dog. Plenty of towels, smocks, shampoo and conditioner.

My first time in this store and I was greeted when I walked in. I needed help with my purchase and the young lady working was very informative and helpful. I will definitely be going back. The store was very clean and well stocked. I was impressed.

Staff was knowledgeable. The store has a wide selection of fish tank decor, tank plant options, & lots of fish to choose from. I appreciated the friendly staff and open store layout. I plan to bring my 2 kids here next time as I know they’d enjoy looking at the cute fluffy pets that are at their eye level. Also there were birds, guinea pigs, various reptiles and a couple others.Pricing was very reasonable. They have decent sales from time to time. And they price-match as well.I will definitely return here very soon!Update/7 mos later: We have visited a few times this year. And now we have gerbils. Staff was friendly and helpful as before. Even let me try the glass tank lid on for size/fit before buying it. (Tank was in my trunk.) So nice and simple.

I went in for the first time yesterday, I was greeted and every store associate was helpful. The sweet lady that helped us with our new baby bearded dragon even took her lunch later to help us from start to check out. We love our little Hercules!

So, neighborhood 30% off sale. Joke. Ordered dog food, cat litter. Drove 35 minutes They don't have the dog food, no email, no call. I will NEVER shop there again

such a wonderful experience today. I had to go into buy some dog food and a gentleman who works for the company but not even specifically that store helped me find my dog food and then helped me figure out the reward system on my phone and then carried my dog food out to the car. With the reward system I saved $15 which included a $5 coupon. In today's day and time you cannot beat that. I will be back for all of the reasons I've mentioned above!

The store is not properly taking care of its reptiles. The animals are left in small cages with temp almost 15 to 30 degrees higher than they need to be. The animals are also left with no water and algae growing inside of their water bowls.
