Well... First of all, as I walked up from the parking lot I saw a person with a cane looking for a handicap door button to open because the door shows clearly a wheelchair sign. But there's no handicap accessible door it's just a sticker on the door, now, that's wrong!!I go in and up the escalader and look for the ribbon I came to buy. I looked for the price but they are missing. I see the sign saying 'put price tag here' on the side but no price label could be found. I walked around looking for the price check machine but got tired of it so went to the self-checkout to check for the price. It was beyond what I expected so I turned around and left without getting anything after wasting 20 minutes on what should've been 5 minute quick stop by.By the way, I bought the same ribbon for $1.97 on Amazon instead of paying $5.99 at Michael's. As other reviewers are saying some of the prices here are outrageous.The displays are unorganized and the items are not where the sign says either. I found no employees to ask for help other than just one cashier. Must have a shortage of workers because when you walk in, you can tell immediately that it's a messy store. Since we don't have a Hobby Lobby in this town, I hope this store gets better soon.

I'm not a super crafts person but I was able to get find some photo frames at good prices from a wide selection in the store. If you can find a good frame with matting, it saves money over getting a custom frame. Really is a lot of great stuff here for crafting, decor, and creativity.

I don’t really shop at craft stores so I don’t have a comparison to make. The store was clean, well organized and spacious. Check out was easy. We were able to easily find what we were looking for. Would definitely come by for our craft and framing needs.

Dwayne, from the second I saw him a welcoming greeting, and willingness to assist with jokes, knowledge, inspiration, direction, and support. If there was a physical form of guiding light or parting clouds, Dwayne was that. The gratitude is real. I found what I needed for my art project, techniques, tools, and option... I am very grateful.

Well the store installed self checkout which I suppose is an improvement since the store was chronically understaffed.However, they also installed security cameras at self checkout which are placed in the unfortunate position of looking down my shirt. The camera captured my chest in all of its glory, and the video is now probably stored on a local hard drive for any one with access to view. Thanks Michael’s. Please send me residuals.

The store is very well maintained and the team members are all extremely polite and helpful. They have a great variety of craft supplies, decor, and seasonal items.The clearance sections and seasonal sections are normally the areas I spend the most time. Both are always extremely organized and flow well. It's a great place to run into for 10 minutes if you have a specific product you're looking for or just have time to browse.

While I normally love Michael's, this location isn't up to par with the others in the area. It isn't well maintained and they rarely have frames in stock and it has been that way for well over a year. The staff minus one gentleman who is an absolute joy are not friendly nor particularly helpful. The custom frame part is amazing however and not only do they do a great job, but they go above and beyond

I take my youngest daughter there she loves all the art stuff . So we resupply her things good prices. Down side you pick out what you need then you have to self check out . They've replaced people to basically machines only . If you have to use cash you'll have to wait for someone at the only cash available.

They did a super job framing a painting for us. In particular, we received excellent help from Anna in picking out matt colors and a frame. We would never have come up with such a great combination on our own. The result is spectacular! The picture was completed when they said it would be and was very well packaged.

First off they are shorthanded if you need a job please go there. Even with being shorthanded the employees are very helpful and friendly. Most places that are low on employees are not nice. I will be back and I'm thinking of filling out an app myself for a 2nd part-time job.

I originally came to Michaels to pick up a order.Picked up two additional items while waiting to check out I heard the cashier (sandy) tell the customer in front me she helped her save 20% without customer knowledge. When I went to register I told her I needed to pick up a online order she told me it was self service which was fineAfter she checked me out I asked did I save the 20% as well she told me no if I wanted it I had to show barcode knowing I watched her use her phone for the customer in front of me. Saving 20% was not that big of a deal but sandy should treat all customers the same

I really like this store. They have a beautiful layout with the wreaths on display downstairs when you walk in. Then the escalator ride upstairs feels so nostalgic. I visited early this morning. But the store was stocked with goodies and the staff was friendly. I'll definitely be back!

One of my favorite places to get yarn. They have a great selection of arts and crafts items, and I almost always get 20% off because I downloaded the Micheals app. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of5 is because they are often under stocked, and their items are overpriced, in my humble opinion.

There are some amazing deals for winter!! Also they offer military discount. Some prices are a little high but that's at every Michael's. Try shopping with coupons and look out for discount days. Plenty of street parking. Make sure to look online for a discount to use in -store

Good selection but I asked if they had a motorized shopping cart. I reported that I didn't think I was strong enough to push the wheel chair (cancer) and got the equivalent of a shoulder shrug for a reaction. I understand they don't have a cart. That is expensive. Great customer service and retention is cheap..."how can we help you with shopping today." I only needed two items and knowing where they were would have saved some painful steps and told me they cared. I always trained sales and service reps to listen. Each customer has a need or desire and a reps job is to first discover that need, then make every reason effort to fulfill that need. Otherwise, when sales are down, it is too late to think about those customers who never came back.

recently did a “same day delivery” with this store, and the third party system that is enlisted to pick up the orders messed everything up. after a long day of trying to figure everything out with customer service, I got a call from the store, and Elaine offered to drop it off herself! this store & the people that work there made a long stressful day so much better with their kindness!

Having to get wire and hooks attached to art work was a last minute priority. I walked into the Art area at Michael's, and the gentleman took the order and had the hooks and wire attached in 15 minutes (probably less but I was shopping) and was waiting for me to pick them up. What great service! Thank you for the excellent customer service.

Usually has a pretty good deal on items I'm shopping for in the paint department such as canvases. The staff is friendly and helpful. Weekly coupons make the in store shopping not much more than online a times.

I went to an art class there. Had a blast swirling paint around a canvas. The instructor was funny. She just sorta let us, there were 3 others in my group, do our thing. We were rowdy enough to draw other customers to the table and they started to paint as well. Good fun

The staff here are nice and there's a good variety of craft and art supplies. I was able to find a candlemaking item I needed last minute.However, they always seem understocked in a hit or miss fashion.Also it's not the most accessible place- escalators up into the store with one elevator that is occasionally out of order, and seems a little undermaintained in general. If you have mobility issues this place is going to be hit or miss for you.

Michaels is an awesome store, super stoked they had mason jars available too even after the recent shortage, so kudos and bonus. Plus they always have 20-25% off coupons so your order is always less than you think. Definitely the place to stop for art supplies and crafting goodies!
